I've bought my Christmas tree here for the last 8 years. They always have a great selection of big trees at a good price. Customer service is always really good and staff always help carry the tree to the car. Highly recommend this place.

Lots of room to walk round the one way system. Lovely plants, shrubs and trees. Also garden furniture and tools. Nice farm shop well worth a visit. I purchased vegetable seedlings and organic compost for my raised beds. Seedlings will rest in my greenhouse until I have put compost in beds.

This is a well stocked and pleasant garden centre with well tended plants and a very helpful service taking compost bags and other heavy items directly to your car. Its good to support an independent business like this in the area. However, my experience on more than one occasion at the till has been of surly and grudging service. I almost felt I was intruding and left feeling less than welcome.

The most friendly nursery I've been to. They look after their plants .They are a family business and they make you feel part of the family. Coffee shop lovely with homemade cakes.At this keep safe time they have kept gardening going serving customers via phone and you pick up at the gate. Personally I'm looking forward to when I can go back in its therapy to me. Remember the staff have put themselves in the front line at this unknown time.Many thanks all of you. They are also dog friendly.

Have been going here for several years: lovely plants and very informative advice. The staff are all very friendly and helpful - they have to be with me! Miss wandering around at the moment but I use the telephone system, still get advice, and my order is ready to collect same day. Fantastic service.

Ruth and the team have been doing a fantastic job serving our community during this unprecedented and hard time. With no warning or planning they very quickly set up a method of supplying fruit and veg to our most vulnerable and then set up a way for us gardeners to be able to get the important items like compost, seeds :-) They have managed to do this with a warm heart and kind smile in their telephone calls and when we’ve been to collect our order. Brilliant! Absolutely love them and their ethos!

Lovely welcoming nursery, beautifully laid out. Feels like walking around a friend's garden! Added bonus of a well stocked farm shop and, at the moment a 'takeaway' style cafe where you can order hot drinks/scones etc and sit outside to enjoy. Nothing was too much trouble, with very polite staff and abundance of knowledge, Kiln Farm makes for a great visit.

Friendly, helpful and efficient service, I used the dedicated telephone number for plant and garden order and left my details as instructed. They called back and even helped me work out what I needed to order. Once paid for over the phone I collected my order safely from the gate following their clear instructions to keep their team and other safe. Outstanding service. Ruth returned my call and email. I ordered several alpines and garden ornaments by description, during lockdown for my birthday. We picked everything up an hour later . Lovely family and staff who are working their socks off to serve the local community during lockdown. I’ve been a regular customer from the early days, everyone is so friendly and helpful and even more so since this pandemic, the whole team have worked their socks off sorting out orders and making delivery’s and l was extremely happy to be able to buy compost, plants and seeds a few weeks ago. Paul and Ruth are a wonderful asset to our community, Kiln Farm has fabulous local vegetables, fruit, flowers, all manner of plants. Their team are brilliant and during lockdown they provided the local area with delivery’s of all the produce! They arrange delivery and ensured anyone who couldn’t shop for themselves was looked after!

Very pleased to find that this local nursery offered a delivery service during the outbreak. As an ‘vulnerable’ person unable to leave the house it has meant I can plant some much needed tomatoes, strawberries, herbs etc and keep myself busy during lockdown. Friendly and efficient service will continue to use after this is all over, and not just for our Christmas tree (which are also excellent quality)!
