Used to live right next to this supermarket and missed it so much once we moved. So happy to discover they now deliver. Ordered today and received within a few hours (no delivery fee!), everything fresh as always and fantastic quality for the price. Is honestly saving us so much money in lockdown as its easy to bulk buy most items. Service was super friendly and personal, felt like we were cared for as customers! Even received a phone call from the manager to ensure we got all our items alright and that the service was professional, cant fault it!

This is the first time I chose the home delivery service and given the current situation I was thinking they will take at least a week for delivery but they actually delivered within 3 hours of making the order. That is exceptional during these difficult times. Very happy with their service and quality of the product. Fruits and veg were really fresh I guess they picked everything with good care. Excellent customer service will use them again in a weeks time. Appreciate your efforts and thanks for the help. Keep being great :-)

I have been coming to the Abu bakr roundhay road branch for many years and their customer service has always been excellent, however they have really excelled with their new home delivery especially among these new unprecedented times along with the start of Ramadan. With their new fast and reliable home delivery service they have really helped the vulnerable in the area with their essential shopping.

What a great place this is! Ordered a large amount of food as I live with my grandma and don’t want to risk going out. It arrived promptly, the food was so fresh and top class. The order was cheap also, I would definitely recommend Abu bakr!

I am currently on Shielding and cannot leave home, even for shopping. Telephoned Abu Bakr to see if they would deliver to my area, they said they would and told me to order on line which I did. Payment even took Paypal, so was very secure. A short while after placing the order I received a call saying that they would deliver that evening due to my situation. My order was delivered within 2 hours of placing the order, and the driver was very cheerful and helpful. 1/2 hour after delivery I received a phone call to ask if the goods were satisfactory, I told them that the driver had left his hand sanitiser in the box. They said he hadn't and that it was a complentary gift to help me stay safe. Produce was excellent, all staff are exceptional and service couldn't be bettered. They went the extra mile and I know which Indian supermarket I will be using from now on.

One can find all Asian food under one roof. The shop is tidy and one van find people cleaning it throughout the day, for it is bound to have someone drop stuff, so they don't leave things untidy on the floor. The meat, chicken, fish are all fresh. We'll contained and served by men who are friendly and polite, the shop is well organised interms of groceries, grooming needs, evening teas to vegetables you won't see otherwise in a Non Asian store. They aren't pricey, but you wont get out for the same price as it is in your home Asian Country 😜. So make sure you visit to buy your favourite tea, evening biscuits, frozen Kebabs, delicious sweets or probably some hot tasty fooood, especially the Samosa and the curries are yummy 😉.
