I Guess Supposed to Be Another Asda in The Country but the Staff With Lack of Knowledge If Asked About a Particular Item in few Occasions I've Asked Makes it Different Then Others. I Literally Live About 5 Mins Drive from This Establishment and Usually Visit It Minimum Twice a Week But Almost 4/5 Times Now When I Enquired About Something Specific From The Staff, I Didn't Really Get a Straight Answer and Usually Ended Up Finding Myself. I Prefer Going to Asda Center Pudsey, Staff At least Have Stock Knowledge and Always Helpful. Hope The Management Here Takes a Notice of It Tries to Change The Staffs Attitude.

ASDA has been choice grocery store since my move to Yorkshire almost 3 yesrs ago. I started off from ASDA Harrogate branch before moving to Leeds. I can categorically say that ASDA generally offer varieties of household items and competitive pricing. This particular store in Killingbeck is well-stocked and has ample parking spaces. ASDA also has a filling station nearby which also offer unbeatable pricing. Explore ASDA in picture below...

Queue for Click & Collect shopping pickup was very slow. 2 lines of cars with only one person bringing shopping orders out. Also had to wait for each car to be loaded some customers were very slow due to large orders and no carrier bags.

The store itself is alright, has everything you need to do a weekly shop, only advice would be to avoid Saturdays as it can get really busy, which makes it a challenge.

Fantastic staff. Doing a brilliant job under difficult times. All helpful and as cheerful as can be. Windy on check outs as always makes us smile and always has time to say hello to my 18 month old son. All the staff are doing a brilliant job stocking the shells up. Keep up the good work.

I needed a birthday cake for my Daughter (one that you get a photo printed on to), they were out of stocks but gotta one the very next morning, put it aside for me & when I came to the bakery the staff were SO helpful. If I could give the bakery staff 10 Stars I would. Brilliant service.

Great store got every thing you want under one roof. Only thing i dissagree with is the shortage of actual checkout operators. However the scan & go is great but could do with more pay points for this area. But over all a great store. Plenty parking& otger retail stores in the complex so added bonus.

Had my asda home delivery today and had to give a review after being in lockdown for what seems an eternity and hardly speaking to anyone as since this pandemic happened it seems everyone is walking round like zombies but today my delivery driver was the most pleasant man you could imagine he wore his ppe kept a safe distance but most of all he had a laugh with us bit of banter and really cheered us up the customer service was on point and he definately made our year not day did get the man's name but unfortunately my brains like a siv I'm sure it was zahir but don't hold me to it lol x

This is one of ASDA's larger stores with excellent parking. Located just off the A64 access is easy.

I recently went for an eye test, I wouldn't have gone to Asda Killingbeck other than it was recommended to me. I was not only surprised at the range of glasses but the efficiency of the staff. Taz completed my eye test then selected my frames the whole process was seemless and the cost of the glasses were much less than I expected as I had transition added to the prescription. I would have given 5* however, when I collected my glasses the assistant should have adjusted them to fit better, but didn't which is a shame as I had to go to Boots who kindly adjusted them for free.

Huge store, has all the groceries you could ever want, I've been coming here for many years and find all the workers to be extremely supportive to help you get all the products you need and checkout happy! Be sure to get down this ASDA branch whenever you get the chance for it's gotta be one of the greatest in the country!

Lots of stuff for home, kitchen,family clothing for all, food, opticians and pharmacy, nice staff, giving masks to those who forget to take one, plenty of parking space

This is a large store with wide aisles. Food, home wares and clothing are all available here. Since the covid secure shopping practices have been implemented extra time should be allowed for shopping. The Express Snack Cafe is still open, but seating is limited. Take away is available. There are sanitising points when entering the store, and the toilets are available for customers. There is free (time limited) parking.

24 hours supermarket situated on York Road, get everything under one roof. Chilled, fresh and frozen food, in store bakery, cafe, free toilet facilities and for disabled people and children too, George clothing range, babies, children, ladies and men's clothing, home ware, fresh fish counter, electrical department too, selling products from CD to tv's, in store pharmacy and in store opticians, wines and beers. I go here on a weekly basis, good value for money and friendly customer service too.

I have 3 Stars because the store is good but the first time I order for click and collect is rubbish. I order some stuff but they didn't have it and they try to give me another product. Is that right? I don't understand, they don't know how to deal with that.They got mobile number to contact customer but they didn't call to let customer know they don't have product in store. I have always shopped at Asda, they have everything I need and with the Asda Price Gurantee, I can now rely on getting the best prices across the 5 main supermarkets. I do use Asda online grocery delivery alot of the time, but I also like nipping into the Killingbeck store whenever I am near. Recently, they have introduced the scan & go, handheld scanners, you can register very quickly (you need email address, name and mobile no.) and the next time you want to use them you only input mobile no. You can scan & pack your bag whilst doing your shopping and there is a section that can help cut the queues, there are staff to help the process if necessary.

A great place to shop whether it be just for a few items or a main shop. There is lots of products to choose from. Also has a good range of fresh produce. Plus staff always seem to be polite and happy to help.

Use could play better back ground music u would have customer stay longer, no now a days nose the customer may have time to get what they need ,they just want to get in and out when u play chart noise that means no rap bass line dance noise the nineties and middle eighties onward.

This store is NOT 24 hours, it closes early on Sunday's. The use by dates are ridiculous on fresh products, normally they are out of date within a day so planning a weeks worth of shop is pointless. They always move things around which is a pain as personally I hate shopping and want to get in and out asap. Hit and miss in regards to the attitude of staff.

Its ASDA what can I say, But the toilets are a disgrace they stink like some downtown lowlife pub nauseating and gave me a headache, when I mentioned the smell to staff they said "they always smell like that"....great !!
