I use the click and collect service every week. Usually I collect on a Monday afternoon. One customer service assistant in particular stands out head and shoulders above the rest Her name is Katrina or Tina Fox She is an absolute star ⭐️ She is never flustered or impolite or unhelpful Some weeks you can see the pressure these members of staff are under but Tina has constantly got a smile on her face, talks to rack customer with politeness and in a professional manner, she has restored my faith in customer service ! She deserves a medal ! I’ve tried to call the store to leave feedback but cannot get through so I hope the right people eventually read this! Thank you Tina you brighten my Monday afternoons and ensure that I do not shop elsewhere! Jo Archer

Just returned from their optical dept and absolutely blown away by how good they are. Really superb. Professional staff, spotless facilities and a comprehensive range of glasses, all at discounted prices. By far the best optician I've ever met, she was extremely thorough, friendly and helpful. Always do my weekly shop here but twice now using Scan and Go there has been multiples of items on my receipt when I have checked it, just been back as over £4 was added to my bill. The girl at the customer services said it is happening quite a lot SO BEWARE using Scan and Go check everything and your reciept I won't be using it again

Asda is good to shop at but have noticed that the hand sanitiser stations on entry are always empty and the other is McDonald's delivery drivers there always park in the disabled spaces . Now been disabled myself you can imagine how frustrating this is

Big supermarket, open 24 hours. Not as visible from the main road as it could be. Has the usual features you'd expect, although they did away with the own brand cafe and gave the space to McDonald's instead. Not sure why... (🤑) Big car park, so you can usually find a spot even in busy times. You'll probably find most things you could need here (weekly shop wise).

Good que system outside for social distancing, but once you get into the store nobody takes notice of the arrows on the floor indicating the one way system so the efforts of queuing end up futile and aisles end up three people deep. Whole families are still going in clogging up the aisles. Need to allow only one person in eachtime like sainsburys have done.

Took my aged parent this morning.Despaired when I saw size of queue,however due to the great communication between door and floor staff people were motivated very quickly.At the checkout was served by a very affable lady who made me and my 91 year old father smile.Something which did upset my father however, was the misery of the customers going around the store."people weren't like that during the war."^_he said

Most of the fruit and veg is pre-packed therefore geared more to family shopping rather than a single or elderly shopper - would have to buy pack of 4 bramley apples when I only wanted 1 resulting in not buying any at all. Also put in a scan and go section therefore making normal check out smaller and cramped at the end of the shop.

Store fairly well layed out and well stocked, however on the fresh produce department as with most asda stores the bananas are layed out very badly, the method employed puts to much weight on the fruit at the bottom thus it gets damaged very easily. Asda needs to copy morrisons method.

Ah, good old Morley Asda! I remember coming here as a child when it was just a big tin shed in the car park, a few refurbs down the line and here we are, the magnificent Asda superstore we know and love. Open 24/7 (or as much as is allowed) you can come here and buy food, drink, clothes and housewares whenever you like.

I like the fact that the store has a 24 hour service, comes in handy when there is a need to buy anything at any time. There's also McDonalds in store, but this is not 24 hours. So it's really a one stop store. In store toilets and baby change are also in the big store

Popped in to this Asda on the way home from Ikea. I was surprised to see it had a McDonald's inside as well as an opticians and everything else! I've never seen an Asda like it!

Ideal place for the Weekly "big shop". Friendly staff that will help with all queries and issues. Ample parking with priority bays closer to the store for families and blue badge permit holders. This store generally has what you will expect from a supermarket superstore and more. From groceries to clothing, televisions to flowers Morley Asda is worth a visit. With a McDonald's, customers toilets you can spend as long as you need to complete your shop without rushing around. A petrol station, opticians, pharmacy and cash exchange kiosk all on site are an added convenience. With 24 hour opening times the majority of the week you can choose to visit this Asda in the quieter hours should you wish.

Good store. Shoes, corn, fresh fish and calpol. Proper in-store Bakery, Butcher's, Delicatessen, Pizza and salad counter, Rossitierre shop and Fishmongers. Beer, milk, pyjamas and The Times. Large frozen food section. The store is never too busy when I go and the the massive carpark means I always park easily. The staff are brilliant and lovely. No coin required for the trolley 🛒 and Have a great time! P. S. buy some petrol for your vehicle too!
