When I visited that shop, I was impressed by a variety of things you can get there at any time you need. However, I was a bit disappointed that there were no prices on some shelves, so how would a customer know. For example, I wanted to find out how much the tray of chicken cost, but I could not find it. Even, when I asked the shop assistant, she did not know, as well.

Very close to fosse shopping park so this store is always busy and never really quiet even late at night. Has loads of range and variety and asdas clothing store George. Some staff are miserable but most are friendly. Prices have increased a lot lately as you'd expect but still cheaper than tesco and sainsburys Bonus is its a 24 hour store Monday to Friday.

I don’t very often visit this Asda for the simple reason it’s too far away from my house, but every time I’ve visited in the last six months it looks like a hurricane has swept through the outside of the premises and brought everybody’s rubbish to the front door of the store it’s a shame that the manager of the store can’t designate a few people a day to spend a couple of hours and clean up outside as it’s beginning to look like my local tip 😁😆🕯☕️🚬

I went on 22/4/2021 ~ The store is clean, provides hand sanitizers, clean station to clean trolleys. Store is not busy today, 95% customers wore face masks, disappointed to see some asda staff not wearing masks correctly!!!!! Had a massive complaint back in June 2020, as most staff didn’t wear masks, no one way system, no social distancing, cleaning station was dirty & most cleaning spray were empty! So it’s nice to see improvement. Didn’t need assistance today, however had a few incidents in store & staff / even management were not helpful & friendly. Hence we only shop at asda occasionally. Price is fair, loads of everything for everyone. Plenty parking. 30/5/2021 New ~ Saw a new sushi 🍣 area is coming 🤩🥳

Only popped in by chance as I’m a coach driver for flixbus and there was a delay in the service. Decided to sample the breakfast, firstly I couldn’t quite fathom out the situation with the coffee, so you buy a conventional takeaway cup then you fill it up at the machine, not sure whether your allowed a free refill or if you need to purchase another cup…. There’s no clear information, either way it does seem a lot waste in cups compared to china mugs. There was no getting away from knowing it was a microwave fry up. Sausages super hot compared to the rest of the items, tasteless and rubbery, black pudding very dry and bacon flavoursome but obviously everything reheated via the microwave. For what it cost, it was ok and when I say ok I mean maybe once a month if you’ve got an hour to waste…

Big car parking for a big store so many aisles. Plenty of products. George clothing, photos, lottery, cafe and toilets. Wheelchair and pushchair accessible. I'm just not a huge Asda fan and it's always busy and hot.

About a 3 minute walk from fosse park. Great service, friendly staff, calm atmosphere. Has everything you need: Loads of food options, clothes, cleaning products and sanitary products, pet products, baby products, kids toys, cards, house accessories, utensils, mugs, cups, plates and much more at good prices great for people on a low income! Lots of checkouts! Has a little area at the front of the shop where they sell things for Halloween, Christmas and so on... You can collect asda parcels here. Little charity boxes everywhere which is nice! also has a little mini take away area where you can buy a little pre packed meal deal! (Staff there are always friendly!) The superstore also has a café. However the only issues ive noticed with the store is that there is an issue with the trolleys, that's not the shop nor the staffs fault people just can't be bothered to put the trolleys away properly! Sometimes issues with the self check out so best to go to a till assistant (as I said they're friendly most of the time!) Also try to avoid going as it gets dark as teenagers hang around the store. Toilets aren't the cleanest but aren't revolting either! Been going here for years! Anyone who lives local this is your go-to superstore!

Asda shop itself is great but as for the cafe stay away as me and my partner went in for food we had bacon sandwich the food was handled with no gloves or tongs unhygienic and then we went yesterday and wanted jacket potatoes they had none they chief said she had done 16 today and ran out so get them from store wed then chosen to have simple chips sausage beans and egg no eggs your based in a big store get some the sausages we're hard the chips were fries horrid if I'd wanted fries I'd off gone to mcdonalds anther customer complained and had her money back as did I poor standards

Fantastic place, so glad there's at least one 24 hour place left in Leicester for all us who work odd shifts. Not 5* as it's not 24 hours every day, just Tuesday through Friday, bit of an annoying surprise for me when I really needed something and popped by at 12:30 Monday on my way home from work. But it's not their fault I didn't check the times and just assumed 24 hours ment 24 hours.

This place is nice, but I have a bad experience with buying clothes. I purchased two-sport trousers George brand. I liked the price £14. Unfortunately, they got clothes freckled from fort time I wear it!!! I wish this Asda staff take that into account to don’t their lovely customers.

A store I have been to and experienced many times over the years. Staff have always been friendly in the store and most things are usually well stocked, so you don't have to usually compromise your choices of food and other groceries in the store. Store provides good seasonal sections with good execution when suitable and is very highly maintained. Baked goods are always fresh and I have never had a problem with them, aswell as their fresh meats and fish. They're all affordable and are nicer then most places which have butchers.

It's big! Choice is huge especially fruit and vegetables, massive car park with plenty of disabled bays, a good cafe, toilets aren't very big but are usually well looked after. One thing missing is a charge point for electric cars, which talking of cars Asda has an excellent filling station and shop and a well set up car wash facility.

Experienced a serious incident here on Sunday whilst shopping with my family. Won’t go into detail as the police are involved, I would like to thank the staff for the way they dealt with it especially the security who couldn’t do enough for us, even as I was speaking to them at the entrance they were interrupted by shoplifters who were trying to steal with trollies full of goods! Never seen anything like it. Otherwise, selection was not as good as usual although this can be expected with the amount of customers. Asda please look after your staff who do a thankless job having to deal with lunatics on a daily basis so close to Christmas.

Travelling from London, when my friend's car battery died and we were well into the night, I wouldn't have though Asda sold jump leads. But this Asda was surprisingly well equipped. Jumpleads and other paraphernalia for upkeep of cars were surprisingly well stocked, something I've not seen in London so much. Just wish my local hypermarket was equipped the way this store is. Substantially large store. I don't think there's much missing here...

Visited the store this morning 24/09/17 Was looking for a item in the frozen food deoartment,could not see what I wanted,spoke to a young man who was filling the cabinets up,asked him,not only did he tell me where it was,but came to find me to make sure I had located it,which I hadn't,he picked up the item,showed me a alternative,I chose the one I wanted,he put it in my trolley with a cheerful smile,asked if there was anything else I needed help with,very courteous ,looked at his name badge it was Chris,so thank you Chris for helping this very elderly lady get the item she needed. I always feel that in Asda you are not the invisible customer,yes there have been cut backs,but you can always find help if you need it. A good visit all round I would say.

Going downhill lately every time I look for tights for school the only sizes are clearly the ones they don't sell as many of so why don't they put more of the popular sizes out instead ? Also I have arthritis in both knees and had to get down on the floor to drag a 12 pack of cat food from the very back of the bottom shelf because that's the only ones there were that I buy... Why doesn't a staff member check the shelves and pull them forward regularly so the elderly and people with medical problems like me don't struggle " I'm now in agony " a great idea would be if the larger heavier 12 làck were on a shelf level with waist or eye height surely !! Sort it out Asda please 🤔🕯

I came to Leicester for a few days to visit family but unfortunately I forgot all my medication. As I have several medical conditions this was very worrying. However on ringing, I received excellent service from the Pharmacist on duty at Fosse Park Asda, a on 4th March 2020.

during our visit to this store today myself and my partner were extremely impressed to find a disabled trolly for our 2 year old disabled son. usually our shopping experience is stressful and unpleasant due to our son being too big now for the new born trollies that are currently the only suitable seating at shops. but to our amazment your store provided the perfext seating which is comfortable secure and safe for our son which gave him the opportunity to seat happily upright and able to see everything that is going on around him. wed like to say a big thankyou to you for providing this trolly you have made a little bou extremely happy. thankyou.

Electric scooters are not always charge I have complained about this I also tell the security when I walk in who just say ok but dont get up to help or call anyone if your disabled go else where the abbey lane one is better the security ask you if you want it fetching to you and they are always charged and when you order on line there is always something missing

Reasons I shop at the Fosse Park Asda: 1) I have never been shooed off when parking my motorcycle by the trolley park on the pedestrian area directly in front of the store entrance - more eyes = less chance of a theft 2) Walked down with the dog, nipped in 5 minutes to grab a couple of steaks and when I came out one member of staff was giving her some fuss while another had fetched her some water Dog friendly, bike friendly and competitive prices. A bit of advice to adults make sure you supervise your kids if they go toilet here or anywhere as in this store my 9 yr old went with my 12 yr old to the toilets they pushed the mother and toddler toilet door open which is locked when people use it only on this occasion an elderly man was using the toilet and hadn't bothered to lock the door
