I just wanted to say that the staff here are amazing! There have been a couple of times that I've been nervous or uncomfortable and the staff have just been so sweet and asked me if I'm okay. I just think they do so well. The staff working on the self scan tils are honestly superheroes in Asda clothing. They all are! Lots of love xxx

Great Store, guidelines are followed to a workable and reasonable level. Thank you for removing those horrible one way system stickers, hopefully other supermarkets can follow as they make absolutely no sense. Hopefully people can activate the left part of their brain TOO! Customers can be snobbish. Staff are very humble and calm, some can act up a little. P.S Well done to the asian staff really make the place calm and workable for the rush in everyones lives. To the dramatic shoppers here please calm down and carry on obeying guidelines keep a mask on after this over hyped pandemic is over. Please follow the one way system and stay out of our busy lives. We've got better things to do than break social distancing guidelines for not wearing a mask!

Long term shopper here. Asda has a very good range of different products. However, what lets it down is the lack of customer engagement. For a well staffed store there is minimal staff engagement (from my experience). This lack of engagement is as observable during off-peak times as is with the opposite. Sundays are chaos and you need to keep your guard up which obviously detracts from a 'relaxed' shopping experience. Furthermore, the atmosphere at such times that the store itself creates is not conducive to a good shopping experience.

the plan is very good because the plan of the building is open allowing for easy social distancing and accessibility for those in wheel chairs. the staff are very helpful and the perfectly placed car park allows for a short walk to the supermarket

Most of the shelf stackers deliberately block the Isles so you can't get by and if they see you looking at stuff on shelves, they push their big trolley right infront of you. This happens every single week. Unfortunately for me I don't drive and can't get to another shop.

It a really useful store for anyone who live around it but if you need to go in and get a snack it will take a bit long because this store is big. But it has a free car park and it it has a good location. Also you would find a park like 3 to 4 mins away. And products in this shop are cheap.

It's an Asda, so don't get too excited. Have to agree with some of the others that a cafe would be nice (it used to have one), but other than that it's a place to do your weekly shop. Prices are good, and staff friendly. If you want something a bit 'posher' there is a Waitrose just up the road (though most people only seem to go there for the free coffee).

ASDA in England is synonymous with good, clean shopping stores and the one in Oadby is no exception. Mostly very well stocked, the store boasts of a wide variety of food and other items, that one has started taking for granted in our daily lives. My biggest complaint, if it can be termed thus, is that in case you need to visit the facilities, the toilet is not one expects in a store with the name of ASDA. Anyway, that’s a personal grouse and for most people visiting this store, I went there a long time ago, in fact on June 29, this is a convenient shopping place.

A large ASDA superstore, best accessible for individuals whom can drive (and thus make the largest usage of the store's huge variety). ASDA used to be the 'budget' UK supermarket, before the likes of ALDI and LiDL came over Nowadays, some people roll their eyes if you say you shop at ASDA - like you're living some kind of extravagant lifestyle ("why shop there when things are so much cheaper in ALDI!?") I still shop at ASDA because I find stores like Waitrose to be too expensive with inferior pricing and variety. That being said, I prefer the 'traditional' supermarket layout of ASDA over ALDI and the new budget supermarkets. At ASDA you can still get pleasant service, help with your bagging - you can even send your prescriptions (medical) here to be picked up so long as you don't get there too late (the pharmacy here is open after other high-street pharmacies are closed, this is a godsend to full-time workers like myself) When you look at things in the round, balancing variety of products, quality of products, pricing (which is very important), amenities, service and staff pleasantries - it's clear that no one else comes close to ASDA I'm not ready to convert to the new low-quality supermarkets yet. I still like good service and handy amenities, in addition to low prices. For that, I'm willing to pay a little extra (over LiDL and ALDI). I think that on balance, this is the top supermarket in Leicester (at least, it is for me) I hope it's around for a long time. I hope we continue to support ASDA and that it beats the competition

I visited the Oadby Asda store today. I wanted to buy some more of their utterly delicious Irish cream liqueur mince pie's. I couldn't find them. I spoke to shop assistant Summah in the bakery section. She was excellent. She stopped what she was doing, and helped me find the items I wanted. Friendly, courteous and helpful. The best kind of ambassador for Asda. I hope the store manager reads this report and gives her a big pat on the back. Thank you Summah!

Stores Good, people can be quite annoying generally about covid guidelines. Very snobbish way of saying stay safe example "What makes you different?" this covid thing is already exaggerated then to add to it we have drama queens coming here. Asda related covid deaths 0 pub and club related deaths 0 worship related deaths 0. media related deaths 40,000 Use your brains people it's just another flu. Embarrassing bunch

The price of many products in ASDA are fantastic. You can buy a cheap suit for just £29, which are great for them one off occasions. Food & drink is very competitive in price and quality. The store has many other services which are non-food products such as DVD & games area and much more. The only bad thing is that the store is always so busy and the queuing for the checkout can take ages!

Most of my visit are in the night and it's always a pleasure due to the staff. Just a observation worth taking note..i buy hair products gel/ wax/pomade tubs like vo5 shockwaves you know the one's...so the fosse park store when you go to but these items and open the lid I've found at the dosa's park store spot of these tubs, people have stuck a finger into it leaving a print or indent when the finger has touched the product..now at the oadby asda I found that 99% Are untouched so there is also a different calibre of customer there. Just a personal observation I thought I'd share.

Nice place to do shopping, staff is ok too just like any other supermarket, they have plenty of parking space so no issue of finding parking up there. All in one shop Asda . I have visited there many time to shop and my experience is fine. They have guideline there for Covid but not enforced just things are there to clean if you want otherwise did not see anyone dedicated to ensure that guidelines are being followed at least in my observation.

Huge selection of produce compared to many supermarkets at Leicester. It's probably the most super store on the east side of Leicester. Almost always plenty of parking is available and shopping trolleys don't require any coins to use. Staff are pretty good about following and facilitating social distancing measures, but the store get crowded and social distancing is not always possible. Excellent range of secondary services, including a locksmith. Prices are fine; it's generally more expensive than Aldi or Lidl, but is cheaper than Tesco's or Sainsbury's. The store includes a full clothes selection
