There is always a good selection of your basic foods and snacks but things are also changed very quickly. I love that you can get some very cheap short dated bargins which when shopping on a budget is amazing. Keep your eye out as you get all sort of brands here and some of the prices are tiny fractions of your big supermarkets just due to dates! Probably visit my local store at least once every couple of weeks. Great shops.

Like Iceland for people on a budget. Mostly freezer food but full size pizza for 75p? Yes please. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Sometimes can pick up a proper bargain. Stuff can change week to week. Once got 2kg chicken for 1.50 then never saw it again! Haha

Useful city-centre location for pedestrians & cycyclists, DETERRING car use, traffic-jams, pollution, buildings vibration, car parks demand, noise, traffic intimidation, accidents, etc etc. People are healthier on foot, & keeps the city-centre alive.
