Usually on the whole it's welcoming enough. Staff seem to be friendly and speak with you. Some staff members can be a bit rude and stand offish but you get that everywhere you go. Good selection of foods available. Prices are, well co op prices.

I’m a multi drop driver, and on a number of occasions I’ve had my break in the car park to the rear of the shop. Today (09/06/2021) i needed the toilet so asked one of the staff if I could use there facilities, and he said yeah, which I was very grateful for. 100% excellent service, and also the staff on the till was nice and polite aswell. Well done in these challenging times 😀😀

Had to get large home shop for family member who wasn't well enough to go themselves. Prices generally higher than what you find at major supermarkets, but staff were friendly and helpful.

Visited the store to buy a Valentine's card, lovely choice. Noticed the prices of goods in store were very reasonable

Across the road there is a little Indian resteraunt that operates a bring your own booze policy for a small corkage fee, and this co-op is particularly convenient if you had forgotten that this policy operates when you sit down to eat.

Does what it says on tin, it's a local Co-op in a village with a decent selection, decent prices and decently staffed. There seem to be a lot of unwarranted criticisms going on here so I thought I'd have my quid's worth. Having only moved up from Greater London 18 months ago I'm not familiar enough to comment on local noticeboards that have 'disappeared' but I can comment on queues: which is yes it does get busy in there but I've never waited longer than three or four minutes to get to the till. My life the way some are going on in here you'd think they'd been stood in a two hour queue to get on the Smiler ride at Alton Towers! And finally as for installing self service tills to address this non existent problem; I hope it's something they never do because them horrible things just take away that bit more human interaction which is diminishing from our day to day lives enough already and will eventually put people out of work so bravo Co-op on that one!

Convenient with friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection including some locally produced (and nice!) stuff. It also has an ATM, one of the only ones in the village. Wish it was open an a Sunday for longer.
