Great prices on fresh and frozen food. Always tend to use this for a once a month big stock up. We love the chicken goujons and their range of chips. Always something new and interesting to try. Great shop.

Great place to go for a selection of frozen meals & food bits at a reasonable price. Managed to get a month's worth of dinners for around £80. Other product offers & prices there are usually good too, hopefully the loyalty card they do will keep expanding with the offers it provides.

Great having an Iceland out of town. Only issue is they could do with more than two small trolleys. Due to hip issues I struggle to steer a large trolley and that is before I put anything in it and more often than not they are already in use. Staff here are really helpful and friendly. Store is clean and well stocked and have a good selection of Indian and Chinese dishes.

I always do online shopping with Iceland and goes very well usually. This week they cancelled my order with two days notice. So, these things happen. No choice, but to go the shop to do what I hate! Did my shopping, came to £180! Which I knew wasn't correct. The cashier clearly didn't think I knew what I was talking about. Advice was to pay and check my receipt, which I did and could immediately see I had been charged £80 for some melon. Took ages to get get my refund sorted. In essence I have so inconvenienced and Iceland owe me over £200! £135 for the cost of the cancelled online shop plus the £80 I was over charged in the store. It takesa few days for the refund to come through apparently! I am not impressed! Though I can't complain about the general quality and price of food, and the staff are very helpful. Though it is irrating not being able to pack my bags at the checkout.

Love this place. It's literally cut not only my food bill in half but also the amount of time I spend shopping! Only downside, being asked to pile all your shopping back in your trolley and then repack it on the unit behind the till. This took nearly as long as my shop and next time I will refuse as advised. I bring my own sturdy bags and easier and quicker to pack straight into them.

I like this place and love the products on offer. The main problem I have is after spending £100 + on premium products I'm then not allowed to bag them at the till. If you want to operate like Lidl and Aldi charge the same prices.

I went to Iceland's Food Warehouse in Lincoln at 08:45 this morning. Plenty of free parking available in front of the store. Inside it's a spacious bright and airy place. Only 2 other people were shopping at that time. All of the freezers and shelves were fully stocked. There is a good, wide range of food and drink on sale, including fresh fruit, confectionery etc and dry goods as well as some houshold products, so not just frozen food. The staff members around the store are all smiling, cheerful and welcoming and always at least say hello. A check out was open so no waiting around. All in all a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

The wide Isles make social distancing a lot easier. At 11am when I went, it was reasonably quiet. Didn't see any empty shelves so full stock available toward end of Sept 20.

This is basically a big Iceland, with the focus on multipacks and buying in bulk. They seem to be jumping on the warehouse/Lidl bandwagon, although that's fine as it is a decent store. I just wish it was nearer so I could walk to it, although I get the whole point is to drive there to do a monthly shop.

Large, modern layout. 75% freezer products but also bread, veg, fruit, dry goods and even electrical goods. Staff were friendly and helpful and a good variety of products. You could just about get away with a weekly shop here if you don't have unusual tastes. Ample car parking as it shares the free Sainsbury's car park, however, even that isn't enough space for the 2 or 3 weekends before Xmas, so best to shop here in week days during December.
