Excellent range of products. Very pleasant environment to shop with hand held scanners available that make keeping tabs on total spend easy. They also mean checking out is a lot quicker. Prices can be higher than other supermarkets but own brand items are competitive and high quality.

Located towards the top of Lincoln this is a medium large store and fuel station, with an expansive carpark. The area is flat allowing full access for the mobility challenged or confined to a wheel chair. The in-store pickup is to the right as you enter the store separate from the main shopping area. Food standards and range are as every other Waitrose, good but generally at the upper end of the supermarket price range. But that reflects the foods quality. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the wine informed staff remain.

Always pop in when I've been to local pharmacy to pick up prescriptions. Today I enjoyed the cafe and picked up a few items in store. Staff are always friendly and chatty even tho I'm not a regular customer, I go once a month. Some nice stuff to get as a treat.

A good grocery store to pick up what you need plus a little extra to distract you from your goal. Has scan and go technology at front of store with carts that have handles installed. Meat pricing is fair, the reduced and 3/10£ section is a good deal. Nice home section in the back of store. Small bakery section with delicious baked breads. Layout of store is typical. Masks are required at all times, even when smelling baked bread and candles. Cakes are well decorated and cute. Will come back again.

Staff really helpful shop well laid out large aisles car park easy to use better than many others attached to shops. The food is worth the price and always easy to see the price and staff helpful if you cannot see it. This Waitrose is far out from the city centre, understandably, as it is for people who have a bigger budget (so not students), however I have noticed they have a larger vegan selection compared to other stores.

What an easy way to access Lincoln. No hassle and free. Just cross the road from Waitrose P&R car park and buses are every 15 min at peak times. Get off at North Gate for the Cathedral or Bus Station for the centre. Easy Peasy

Since its recent re-vamp, Waitrose has vastly improved in terms of space and presentation of food and drink. There is now a John Lewis section, a Conference Room available to book and a larger and much improved restaurant. As always, staff are friendly and helpful. A genuinely pleasant place to shop. UPDATE: Was very busy this morning and the Conference Room was being utilised. Looking at the Events Notice outside, it is fully booked every day and proving to be very popular. The Restaurant was full and serving lots of cooked breakfasts! I was very impressed with the fruit and veg. Always beautifully displayed and fresh. Definitely a favourite place to shop!

I work a lot, so I don’t often get chance to go shop for my groceries in person. whenever i deliveroo from this waitrose everything is beautifully packed in environmentally friendly paper bags (which are strong!), everything is there and i’ve never had an issue. the best bit is the staff who leave lovely messages on the paper bags every weekend - seriously the best bit, makes me smile every time. thank you so much for making my weekends a little brighter, you lovely people 🥰

It was a slighty wet, tasteless piece of cake with sultanas and shredded carrot in. I know that's carrot cakes have those ingredients but I've never had one that I couldn't stand to finish. Will try another time from the main menu. Upside, coffee was good!

Lovely spacious store & good new larger restaurant..only downside was in the ladies washroom it only had one handdryer! Which was delaying turning on again for next person..no backup of paper towels if stopped working altogether! Plus 2 out of 3 hand soaps were empty & this was at 11am! So hence reason for only 4 stars.

I love this store and the staff are so willing and helpful. I can only wish that I had one nearer to home. You may ask why I don’t get home delivery? The reason being I have had terrible experiences in the past with short best before dates and bruised fruit, broken biscuits and squashed loaves too. So that puts me off of home deliveries as not as much care goes into my shop as it does if I do it myself.

First visit to recently refurbished Lincoln store. No major alterations to layout except cafeteria which appears to have improved exponentially. (Need to return to explore menu options further but very encouraged with product quality and customer service). Generally relaxed atmosphere throughout the store with clear overhead signage for ease of use and product access. Aisles well spaced and proportioned allowing the customer to browse at ease. Staff are visible, approachable and helpful. Customer toilets provided and well maintained. Car parking provision excellent and linked to Lincoln City centre park and ride facility which is always a useful option. Overall a well appointed, well managed and administered store offering range of goods and services.

Fresh produce here is top quality. It costs a bit more but it is worth pushing the boat out for special occasions. The site has recently had an overhaul and is much nicer - beautiful cafe, John Lewis section and loads more on the aisles. Parking is always easy and the flowers/plants are also very good.

A fantastic super market with a great variety that cover all types of nutrition. Their customer service is excellent. I love the great variety of fruits especially mangoes, sharon fruits and the organic chicken products. I also buy gluten free cereal bars, cocoa paste vegan and lactose free products. The cafeteria looks fantastic and I am intending to enjoy their menu there soon.

Very friendly and helpful. My mum needed a wheelchair and they had none available at time. They kept checking and brought one immediately when it became available and assisted us with attaching the trolley. Very good. They could however, do with more wheelchairs!

I find Waitrose to be an excellent store, having shopped in many stores and used the it online facility,I have found that each store has had a good range of foods to suit all budgets , and can honestly say I have never been disappointed with any of the goods . Most of the stores I have used have wide aisle easy to negotiate with trollies or wheelchairs ,parking with wheelchair and child bays . The online delivery I have found that this has been smooth and always delivered within the time slot ,the delivery men have been helpful ,and very obliging and will happily carry my shopping into my kitchen and unpack if requested . Over all I think the shopping experience at Waitrose is very good .

I was in the Lincoln store last week and I had a query about some red wine, I asked a member of staff from the wine dept ( he was actually in the wine dept, no having to run around the store to find someone) his name was Matt, what a lovely polite and helpful man, I could not praise him higher for his customer service, he then went the 'extra mile' after they did not stock the wine I wanted and recommend me some other bottles to try, he then went even further down 'the mile' outba sticker on the bottle and it was 'on us' so I didn't pay for it, never in my entire supermarket shopping life have I ever had that happen, it truly made my day,week and year!!!!! It's always somewhat chaotic shopping here as customers struggle to socially distance. This has changed as the pandemic has evolved and now, apart from shortages which all retail experience now, they are going well and shopping is easier

Its always a pleasure to visit our Waitrose here in Lincoln, the aisles are plenty wide enough ( this makes for less stressful shopping ) and always clean , the staff are very knowledgeable and polite. I find its a myth that Waitrose is expensive as with all food shopping trips it depends on how much you spend, sticking to their lower priced items means you can keep the cost down but still enjoy very good quality. However if you fancy splashing out the option is there to experience some seriously delicious food !

Good store, poor staff. Visited on bank holiday Monday and the store is well stocked with lots of choice and good quality options. The fly in the ointment is the staff. The elderly check out operator was so slow I honestly thought there was something wrong. I kept having to prompt her for carrier bags as she was oblivious to her working environment. She then tried telling me my bill was £168 when the till clearly showed the total was £138 and was totally unapologetic. Not meaning to sound ageist but time she retired.

Had such a lovely experience in Waitrose Lincoln today. Spotted a meal that had a seal broken on it, took it to Linda (a staff member working) to make aware. Few moments lter she came over to me saying to say thankyou, she'd like to pay for an item in my basked. She popped a little "give a little love" sticker on my item of choice in my basket which we then got for free at checkout. Such a little gesture that meant so much! Thankyou Linda and Waitrose!

Shopping is great but cafe is a let down. Being Vegan all they could say was they were going to soon be stocking Quorn products, but anyone who is health conscious knows that Quorn products are made of chemical fungi and not fit for human consumption despite the advertising. Cafe is also on the small side, not many places to sit when it gets busy. That aside, the shopping options are great and it isn't expensive, on a par with Sainsburys in Lincoln, but much easier to get to and tons of parking. If you visit the loo watch out for the hot water, it is scalding and has been that way for ages, it is about time Waitrose got that sorted, a notice warning you about it isn't enough.
