I have no issues with the shop itself as the self checkout greatly helps with my social anxiety however the only problem I had here was two unusual women who blocked an Isle with their trolleys then swore at my underage sister when she tried to get past, they then proceeded to follow us around the shop until we went to the checkout. I know the workers have no control over the way customers act but it was very unerving having two people who were possibly under the influence of something following my young sister and myself around the shop. I didn't know what to do and almost broke down once I was out of the shop.

Lovely big store every thing you want under one roof. There is loads of food clothes and electrical equipment. You will also find a dry cleaners, and chemist's, and opticians.

Always loved the shop but the new Morrisons has opened in Kirkby which is closer. Food is lovely.

Been shopping here quite regularly since moving in the area 8 years ago. I have always found the staff lovely, pleasant and helpful. The odd wait at the self service tills when having to wait for staff to authorise something, usually because they have been busy elsewhere, and not a long wait, always been acknowledged! Been doing online shopping since covid, and can honestly say it's been a good experience! Started going into store again and also carrying on with weekly online as I have mobility problems. Great store!!!!

Since the start of the Pandemic we have used the "Click & Collect" extensively and have always been treated very well. The staff are generally excellent, though I felt for the guy who served us today...on his own, in the pouring rain with numerous cars pulling up. He managed to keep the queue moving, made sure everybody got the right orders and was highly efficient. Unfortunately I didn't get his name or I would've put him forward.

I today went to Asda Aintree to do some shopping. There was a lovely assistant Bernie who helped me so much nothing was too much trouble for her she was so patient with me. I’m slightly disabled and she was so kind to me I wanted to ring the manager to let him/her know that I’d had such a good experience unfortunately I was unable to get through to the store I thought I would therefore write this review

Great store, great staff, especially the Pharmacy. And several staff on the cigarette counter are marvelous. I think the car park needs a bit of an alteration. I know it wasn't done long ago but most people who use the disabled spaces have problems walking. Some spaces are quite away from the front door. Other than that I love the store. Aintree for my big shop, Orell Park for my small shop.

Great selection of products but not many manned tills, you're expected to work for asda but without the staff discounts for pre scanning you're own shopping.

Makes a refreshing change from our usual store (Asda Walton) will be making it our regular store from now on. If I had one complaint, it would be the picker packer, online shoppers, granted, they have a job to do, but they very much take over the shop in my opinion, they leave their trolleys whenever & where ever they please, with little regard other people/ customers in general...

Used 'Click & Collect' yesterday for first time. Neil & the rest of the team were amazing!! Friendly, smiling, packing stuff in my car for me, working their absolute socks off!! I told them they were doing an amazing job and think we should all show our appreciation to the staff of shops. Thankyou to everyone at ASDA Aintree!! (wish I had seen more names on name tags) Your all brilliant and we appreciate everything you are doing.

Always busy when I go. Queues for manned tills. Plenty of choice of products. Annoyingly keep moving things to another place, so I end up spending more time there than I want looking for what I went in for.

Has everything you expect from an Asda and the George range is better than most but it is definitely not an Autism friendly store. But most supermarkets are not however this is one of the worst have experienced. If you have Autism or your child does either avoid this store. if you have to make sure you bring your ear defenders.

Took a visit to their Pharmacy today for a flu jab and was seen by their Pharmacist, Stephen. Truly professional, friendly and VERY informative, I learned more about my diabetes and medication in my time there than with my GP for the last 13 years. Excellent service, would thoroughly recommend.

Car park entrance exit dangerous when speckers don't turn left but go across the roundabout when in the left only lane, amazed there aren't more crashes than switch island ! Depends what your buying, depends on the till staff or self service whether you get out quickly or not. Toilet urinals need ripping out and replacing and taps too.

Happy staff and bright smiles. Went there today and must admit, staff are very happy and super friendly. Everyone just seems to be enjoying what they do. Nice big store and plenty of products. Plenty parking and a fuel station to with cheaper price anywhere else.

This store is usually great with very helpful staff, but once in a while (it happened again yesterday) you can ask a member of staff where something is and be told that they don't sell it, only to come across it 5 minutes later. I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge of their own department or apathy. Although, sometimes it is quite difficult to find shop floor staff to ask for help. There is plenty of parking, including disabled parking. There are 3 mobility scooters which are all usually in full working order. There are also manual wheelchairs available and wheelchair trolleys too. Checkout staff are usually very helpful and friendly.

Shelves are always fully stocked, staff will go out of their way to help. Love the baby event. Choice of products is excellent and all at reasonable prices. The best range of seasonal fancy dress for kids.

It is a big store and ALWAYS get more than I intend to or need. But can get clothes at the same place for adults and children of both sexes. Need to do more clothes for older boys and they do not do dressing gowns for older boys either. Still a good shop.

Parking g is an issue if you go twice in one day you will get a ticket through the post and the hassle to get it removed is massive. Asda don't care. Beware of items reduced as when you get home you will find they were more expensive so check the receipt this happens every single time. But it's the only one near us really so have to be carefull..
