This very friendly local gem has been around for 20 years making it a stalwart of St John's Road. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I don't doubt for one moment that they are playing a central role in improving the health, well-being and security of of the community.

We love Barnett's Wholefoods and have been shopping there for years. We wanted to state the complete opposite of the recent review as the business is completely Covid secure. Don't let timewasters stop you from enjoying the shopping experience.

Nice shop, very clean and COVID-safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great range of products, even has fluoride-free calcium toothpaste which is difficult to find.

In response to Stan Lee's recent post re Covid security in Barnett's, I can assure you all that the shop is completely Covid-secure. Interestingly, I have worked in the shop since it opened in 2004 and, strangely, have never seen 'Stan Lee' (not his real name) on the premises....a sad person indeed!

Fantastic service from Stephanie. Helpful friendly and informative, lots of cool yummy things in stock plus able to order anything in. In short a model of a great retail business for the new commercial environment. As Stephanie remarked, storing bags of lentils is not where it's at. Employing trained nutritional advisors and knowing where to get things on line makes for better service and a much happier customer. No one REALLY enjoys searching on line for natural ailment remedies and getting bombarded for weeks afterward with adverts reminding you of it.

Best wholefood shop around, with great selection of healthy/treaty/vegan/wholefoods & ethical household supplies and vitamins. Family run with extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. Been shopping here for the best part of 20 years and hope to be shopping here another 20!

These guys are stars in their own right, always brilliant advice and what a selection of products to choose from, last week I went looking for something to help me sleep, a very experienced woman told me about the product called CBD what a marvellous product, it seems I am well on the way to getting a good nights sleep, I have tried so many other products and none have worked, so thank you very much.
