I have just moved in to this area. This is now my local shop. I find that staff wonderful people, with that warming sense of humour. I have a disability after a stroke 20 years ago. So some times I need assistance. The staff are really nice and helpful, Hilary packed my bag as see was scanning my goods at the till. Co-Op you have a customer for life. Thank you All 😊 💓

Very much like Sainsbury's, they put profit first in terms of their pricing. Like a convenience store, they are great for picking up provisions, but not so great for doing your main shopping.

Nice store, spacey, lots of choice, lovely bakery section. Spotless, well stocked. Friendly staff. Update: been today, 4/12/21, lots of people with no masks on, can't all be exempt and seen 2 of them in another shop previously and they put masks on after being asked to, so please step up co op!

Some items expensive, but nice clean shop. Cat cute by heater, love to see it. All staff very friendly except the blonde lady called pat. very miserable. Never a thank you. Wish she would smile after she has dealt with customers, wouldn't happen in America.

Handy, we'll sticked, quality food items but very over priced, it's a battle to get in some days due to begger and big issue people then charity collection people in foyer and watch out for the smackheads running out without paying for their stolen alcohol.

Situated close to main shopping area just off main high street that passes through Waterloo. Good transport connections via trains and buses and they have a large free carparking area if travelling by car. Inside you'll find a wide selection of food produce from top brands at reasonable prices. The shop is large and spacious with decent wide isles and service tills.

Can buy some nice stuff in here however the security let it down. Felt so uncomfortable trying to find stuff with security stirring at you watching your every move. Even after me saying everything ok to him he just blanked me. Show some respect for your customers before you lose them!

Was assisted by a lovely staff member called Lena. Staff wearing PPE and social distancing measures in place. Once wide isles in shop to enable 2meter distance. shop was clean and tidy staff helpful

I'm becoming less of a fan of co-op because I feel the last few years has seen its quality decline and its higher price maintained or increased. There's no in store store deli, cheese or fresh meat counter making it more of a local drop in shop rather than a must go to store.

The co-op is a really helpful local shop and it has the best quality fruit of all the supermarkets by a mile.

The shop was excellent, fully air conditioned, fresh produce at the entrance and following baked goods after then in organised and related isles following all the way to the liquor isle, the staff where friendly and very helpful, although I would recommend useing the tills as the selfserve tills can be funny with you, otherwise a 5 star establishment and would recommend for a full shop, abit more pricey but the quality of products has a higher standard then comparing supermarkets.

I really love the Co op in Waterloo for the meal deals quality of food helpful and friendly staff and the fact that you can shop and have your shopping delivered but mainly the fact that you get money to spend in store with your points and the points also go towards helping local charities I give 10/10 for overall service ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺
