The store is small and cramped, make sure you do not park opposite as you may get a ticket iceland has a car park at the back of the store. In my opinion iceland has turned into a over priced Heron foods tbh. Most of the same products in Heron and cheaper. Tills are not set up for lots of customers and if they get busy you will find it hard to walk round the shop. Very big security guard looking intimidating must be a lot of trouble as this guy made me feel I was half way to prison just for looking at the products! 🤣

It's one place that I can rely on letting me in even if a few mins from closing and the in-store security guard who knows what I'm like for arriving near closing is friendly & understanding as long as don't expect to do full shop as they still wanna b going home at closing time and need to be at least on way to check out and not dawdling round store. At least allowing to come in unlike most other stores that refuse and turn customers away 15 mins to closing. And for anyone without a lock Providing, you ask They will let you put the bike in store if no risk of it falling and doesn't block access.

Absolutely love this particular store, it always has exactly what I need at great prices and has very helpful staff, especially Dawn (cashier), Leanne and Barry (delivery drivers). I'll continue to shop here for as long as I possibly can. As soon as you walk in you are greeted by the friendly security guard who is always willing to lift heavy items for you, the store layout is easy to navigate and wide enough for wheelchairs, freezers are low down too so if you are in a wheelchair it's easy to grab what you need. If you can't find what you need the staff here will search out back for you. I cannot fault this store at all.

This is a great store that sells a very wide range of frozen and non-frozen products as well as fresh produce. Most of Iceland's own products are at a great price. Free delivery is available and the staff are always very helpful. The store can get busy at the weekend.
