The store is quite well stocked and the staff are pleasant and kind. But there is quite a big problem regarding hygiene standards. I have noticed during most of my visits than the employees from the bakery section are always touching products like bread and pastries with their bare hands, either to add or rearrange them on the shelves. You would have thought that after a pandemic people would be more aware of issues like this.

It was a bit busy but can’t blame it as the food hall is new so teething issues of course, the new food hall is so nice and futuristic! The marketing team have done a great job at extra details and finishing touches. This is a very eco friendly branch and a rare sight as this has a normal M&S and M&S Food, very big stores, right next to each over. Where the old food hall was, was inside the normal M&S. The staff are amazing there, and go to extra levels to provide the best customer service possible. I would definitely come back here again - and I do! Always a regular here and you should be too… 10/10

Nice, big M&S food Hall. Next door to the main M&S, the old Mothercare store. Last visit was for Christmas food, we got there around 7.00 and it was already busy. Plenty of stock out and staff to assist you if need be. Cleanliness was as you would expect from M&S. Not the cheapest, but always high quality food and fresh produce.

There was a long queue at the self service checkout. A lovely gentleman called David helped me by scanning my items in. I also witnessed him help an elderly lady with her shopping. He’s an absolute asset to M&S

Nice clean, well organised M&S store. Women's clothing and Food Hall on the ground floor, Children's and men's clothing, Café, Toilets on the first floor, accessible via escalator or lift. Disabled parking outside the store.

Lovely clean shop and the staff are so helpful and extremely nice. Especially Jenny. Lovely woman who went above and beyond to help me . She found the items online and ordered them for the next day . All without any effort at all. I hadn’t shopped in M&S for years , but after that experience , I’ll be there frequently now. Good free parking. Clean two storey shop with lifts and escalators. Large stock but not for large men. I wanted a suit but most were slim or tailored fitting and chest sizes above 46" were largely absent. Staff helpful but could do little about stock levels. Masses of suits for smaller men.

Lovely shopping experience today. The staff were amazing, very very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There were no queues, plenty of staff on the shop floor to help you. Plenty of stock in all departments & staff were quick to order items for customers. It was a pleasure to visit there.

The food department is good but the mens clothes (and I'm in my 60's )are so dated. Colours of the rainbow on every shirt, why don't you go for a younger stylish look! Not all people over 40 have to dress old.

Good shop in general but clothes I feel are a bit dated. Need to cater for a more fashionable selection. Don't want to feel like a great Grannie prefer to feel younger I.e.lovely materials like the youngsters but a middle aged plus generation.

hi my brother and I visited your Aintree store today we had our weekend lunch as we usually do but to our amazement the restaurant eating area has been scaled down with its outside tables and chairs we quite often have to wait for a table along with several other customers so what are we in for in the future....a longer wait!!!!! please reconsider its format we love our lunch there especially the tomato and basil soup etc so please help x

First time visiting this place, the range of clothing was good catering for the summer season ect. We had a coffee and cake from the cafe which was good clean and friendly. This place need to attract more younger visitors though as most was over 50's. This place wasn't the best m and s I've been too thou as the atmosphere was a little on the posh side.

I love the store.though it's sometimes a bit higglety piggledy, probably as they're busy and customers don't always put things back on the correct racks! However, there's no excuse for the state of the ladies toilets, they are disgusting. Smelly, dirty and totally unacceptable,do they not employ cleaners? I wasn't the only person with this view,two other ladies said they would rather wait to get home than use the facilities!

Cafe with some good choices for snacks and coffee. Plenty of free parking and lots of fashion items to choose from. Food in Mark's and Spencer is the absolute best from ready meals to sweets, compared to other stores.

The retail park is very busy so parking can be difficult. The shop carries a good range but be aware that it is less than the main one in liverpool. Staff here are helpful and friendly so you can always find someone to guide you.

This store has a better younger stock of clothing than the Southport store which is nearer to where I live. But just like the Southport store they never seem to have my size (10 or 12) and size 5 shoe in anything I like and want to buy. The option 0f ordering on line is always offered but the reason I am in the shop is because I want see and try the product. No wonder branches are closing.

A great shop, really handy and not so huge that you are worn out looking around. Cafe has tasty food and lovely coffee. Staff are all really friendly and everything is clean and tidy. Foodhall has everything you need despite it not being huge.

Good location to park up free, just your usual M&S store you would find at any retail centre. For more of a choice go to Liverpool Town centre on Church St

Very disappointed today at cafe in aintree very limited today scones were smaller and looked overdone when I questioned the assistant she said it depends on the setting of the oven no butter out no glasses left appreciate cafe was busy and big quies with no tables left really think cafe needs upgrading quite a lot of other customers not happy floor had papers over everywhere not the standard of other ms cafes
