Easy entry and easy exit. Store was clean and well presented. Staff was polite and friendly. From outside it does not look like big store but it is. You will find everything you need plus there is a (halal) butcher inside. Will visit the store soon again.

Almost everything from fresh fruits and vegetables decorates the entrance of the place, in addition to everything you need from carefully selected food items of high quality. This is in addition to a section for Syrian sweets of good taste, there is also a section for fresh halal meat,, the place is very clean and the workers are kind And polite, I highly recommend visiting this place and give it a thousand stars 💚

However, people visiting this shop by car are parking badly all around the area, double parking in the road, parking on double yellow lines and just stopping in the middle of the road. Great supermarket offering an excellent variety of fresh fruit, veg, spices and Middle Eastern foods. The isles in the shop are kind of narrow and can be a nightmare to navigate when its packed. But the shelves are always well stocked and I always manage to find something interesting there!

Health concern about allergy labeling. I like this shop and the staff are lovely however I am very concerned about you lack of concern about whether or not the allergen labeling for the fresh baclava etc is correct. If it is not correct it would violate food safety standards and could make someone ill or cause accidental death if someone with an allergy eats a product containing something they are allergic too. On your allergen sign it states that wheat and nuts are present but does not state whether it contains milk or egg. When I queried this to check mil and egg were not present (prior to placing an order) the staff were not sure what the allergens were and had no list of ingredients to refer to. The manager was also asked but his response was confusing. He seemed unsure but then said it did contain milk, unfortunately hea then seemed very unconcerned that it was not on the sign. Please train staff on allergens and ensure the sign is correct.

It's a shop everyone can go to and pick up one thing or another but you can specially go there if you are after Arabic food products. The staff are quite friendly. All the stuff I like such as falafel, hummus and eggplant are home cooked but to be honest I don't rate them high here. However, there are other stuff I only buy from here such as pita bread and sesameoil. My friend buys lamb, sausage, chicken and sweets from there and he quite like them. I will try more products in the future

I have been buying food here for last few years. Fruits, vegetables, meat and others. They have good variety of Middle Eastern foods. The products are fresh and reasonably priced. They open until quite late so is quite convenient to shop after work. It’s quite busy sometimes but the cashiers are quite efficient and quick and seem very helpful. Will definitely recommend.

My favourite Middle Eastern place on Uxbridge Road. The place consists of a restaurant, a shop and a bakery. Often go to the shop to pick up wide range of amazing tasting food and produce. Warm falafels and great selection of mezza. Amazing cheeses, nuts, Arabic sweets and dates. The bakery next door is a must for authentic fatayer (cheese and dough speciality) with a range of topinngs. One of the best in London!

I use this shop regularly. It's a very good place to go for fresh produce, particularly on a Monday. The staff there are friendly but not always helpful. It's best to go in the mornings as it gets very busy around 12. They accept cards but only for shopping that's £5 or over.

Non-Arabic here, and the people below saying the staff are rude to "non-Arabic" people are just completely wrong. The staff are friendly and helpful to me every time I go in there. In fact, they are the only store I've ever been in where they make a point of saying hello to my four year old daughter at the checkout. The shop itself is bloody excellent. Lovely meat, and an amazing amount of products you can't find anywhere else in the area. The fruit and vegetables are also extremely good, far beyond what you get in Tesco, and on-par/better than what you get in Waitrose. Great place.

Amazing range of products from the Middle East, including Syria and Lebanon, and some fantastic freshly prepared deli foods (like falafel, tabouleh and moutabal) and a butcher.
