We Popped in here today to return an item from Ideal World and as soon as we entered we smelled an egg smell which stunk! I would have liked to shop around in the store but the awful smell was off putting. Please sort this out Asda! Returning the item was easy and the cashier was polite. We didn't really look around the store but shelves looked full. The shop look slightly busy and the self check outs look busy too and organised with the cashier making sure the cue kept moving.

Everything great. Shelves stocked. Good prices. Theres just this really bad eggy smell when I enter the store. Hence the three stars.

OUTSTANDING Customer Service from the WHOLE TEAM at this branch!!! Always Clean and well presented at every visit. Far better than Tesco in terms of Value for money and choices. Even the Asda own brand products are of very high quality. I LOVE SHOPPING HERE!!!

The service here has improved. The store is alright and the addition of scan 'n' go is great but the staff don't always know how to do a quality check. Please be cautious when going to the kiosk with scan 'n' go as the tills don't scan the app. You have to manually enter the number on your screen. Another bad thing is the fact that they have two trolley self service tills that are never open. I am hopeful that they will be getting the new tills soon that all the others have been getting. Lastly, a couple of items can be miss-priced.

The shop has good priced products but this shop do not have a very good customer services. I only go there to collect my purchases from Decathlon but even that, most of the time nobody is in the counter , and I need to wait ages ( like literally 5 solid minutes). And the person in charge walks VERY slowly to the counter when there is a queue. Also queue system is confusing, VERY long queue for the till, even though I do not buy any, do I have to queue? Once I did not then a customer shouted at me but what do I do if I want to buy something but want to do a click and collect? I am not queuing twice!

Shop is really good. The problem is the self checkout tills. If you want a bag you have to wait for someone to give you one. There was no one to do it today so had to wait about 5 minutes until someone turned up for one. Just put bags by the self checkout till like every other supermarket. Does the 5p even go to ASDA?

They never have tenderstem broccoli or fish pie mix, no matter how much I ask. Still, they do stock excellent traditional florets of broccoli. Self service tills are a great addition. My mate likes it though and he's pretty cool so I guess it appeals to some.

As walking in a nasty smell of fish came on me..I took a child’s breathing machine so I could have fresh air,little did I know they needed it to live ..but oh well, I was looking for my croissant‘s but could only find plain when I asked about it they farted in my face but it was wet..it was free chocolate for my croissant though so I left him a £5 tip for helping ...great service

Okay for what it is. Could stock more and sometimes the shelves need to be replenished quicker at the weekends and bank holidays. More staff needed at the tills. Could do with stocking more whole foods natural products and they need to price check with Tescos which is abour 100 metres away!

I expect a more decadent ambiance from a supermarket in an up and coming area like Peckham. However, they do stock both coconut milk and coconut milk light. The same cannot be said for some of the local alternatives. I won't mention any names (Tesco). My mum likes it though and she knows what she's doing.

I was helped by a member of staff when I asked where an item was. I gave 5 stars because it was late at night and most staff would either be too tired or demotivated to help but she decided to go the extra mile.

There's usually always a parking space available which is handy for me as I can get in and out quickly. The basics I want is always there. If I want a bigger shop I drive to Old Kent Road.

Quite a bit smaller than the Asdas I'm used to (e.g. Clapham Junction, Sutton, etc.) Staff are friendly though, and prices can't be beat
