Very big ASDA - I have shopped here for a few years now , has pretty much everything you need for essential shopping and more. 24 hours although I have come on occasions where it has shut earlier. Also has an opticians, cloths section , affordable school clothing as well as a halal meat section. Overall a pretty good Asda store just off the A3 in roehampton also has a large car park which is free

This evening as I exited the shop with my Nan as the store was closing and the security guard was so friendly to us and said happy new years to us. Very rude women at checkout and people not wearing masks. But good deals. Wish ASDA would do a card like the Tesco Clubcard where you can earn points. Other than the negatives, great store.

Sam from customer service point knows how to delight the customer and certainly knows how to provide 5star customer service. Sam helped me straight away and I had my issue resolved in seconds in comparison to one of her colleagues the day before that was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. I get it because its challenging times for everyone but thank you Sam. You made my day.

Big nice shop BUT, for example a lot of beef and minced pork where is it? And where whole turkeys or more of the other parts I only see drumsticks, I was looking for Italian raw sausage, sad. There is nothing 🤔. I waited for B&Q to open and I am disappointed. Small spring selection, like seeds etc. I think it would be nice to enlarge the range with some products

Fed up with reading reviews criticising staff for being rude. I have always found them to be polite and helpful, many of whom have had to work flat out since the first lockdown dealing with rude customers and putting their own health at risk by being there. Folks remember if you think store staff are rude then you might be one that's rude.

Loads of cool products at cheap prices. Such a life saver in lockdown. The new Entertainer aisle is really handy if you have kids and especially in lockdown when you need toys on the day. Toilet facilities and Mcdonalds (when open) are really handy too. The only downside is that it gets ridiculously busy.

We have used this store for years and have never found any of the staff unhelpful. When asking wherea product is situated they always offer to leave what they are doing to guide us to the right location. Some check-out staff are better than others but all are efficient and get you through quickly, unless having a chat with you. In normal times the shelves are fully stocked and I like it that items are always in the same location, not moved around so one has doesn't have to go searching each shopping trip.

This Asda used to be open 24 hours, but since lockdown 2020 the hours have changed and they've not updated the website like a lot of other stores. It does get busy but generally the staff are curtious. Don't bother trying to ring the store as you will not get through to them. It was bad before lockdown but it's 10 times worse now.

It's ok... By for sure you really do need to check the sell by dates on what you are buying... three times now I have arrived back and purchased out of date, supposedly fresh food. Will be more careful in future.

One of my favorite places to go for shopping but after a couple of negative experiences almost completely stopped to come here. First of all, happened many times that I found expired products on shelves and it makes me concerned about the quality; Furthermore, I`ve experienced a quite significant rise in prices. It was one of the most affordable ones but now competes with Sainsbury`s in prices. Last but not least, the customer service is a nightmare. The gentleman on the self-service department is completely rude and inadequate. The staff is not willing or unable to help with simple questions. Also, they`re arrogant or simply careless. It`s a good store with big selection of products and I`m sad about 3 stars but this is the best I can give to be honest.

Although the shelves are full to the brim with all we need, I always find this Asda a pretty miserable experience. The older members of staff (retirement age?) are always very keen to help and are very friendly but the staff on the tills rarely look happy and always look exhausted. I wonder whether they have enough breaks? We only go to Asda when we need larger items as the car park is very easy to access. Latest: Visited again today August 2020 and unfortunately there's little improvement. They are totally understaffed, many tills not open despite queues and the amount of customers not wearing masks was appalling and totally unfair to the staff. However, the bespectacled lady operating the sanitizing station at the entrance was absolutely charming, despite some rather obnoxious customers.

Busy but well organised, Covid wardens in place and asking that masks should be worn, if not show your exemption card. Plenty of stock, some good roll back prices and no maximum on products at present, although I didn't see anyone buying excessive amounts.

On Sunday 06/12/2020 12.31pm I was at the till Jenny was very helpful even made sure that people do not jump the queue which is in todays standard not found that made me happy and she was very friendly which makes the shopping experience worth while and also they say you cannot do a second first time impression of yourself for this Jenny gave me a good impression of herself which is ever lasting well done Jenny.

Large hyper supermarket. Lots of space, wide variety of foods, deli counters, as well as clothes and other useful goods. Has a B&Q department to buy and click and collect!

The store had a big board up saying that it closes at 10pm. I got there at 9:50 and was turned away. I’m a key worker. Another key worker had just been turned away as well. I wouldn’t have minded but if they want everyone out by 10pm then they should have adjusted that board to say “ last customer at 9:30””. Wasted journey

During weekends the shelves in the vegetable and fruits area are almost empty!! Every single time I went I could only find 2-3 oranges, 2-3 bags of potatoes, no sweet peppers and so on... That sector really needs to be better supplied. Good thing the alcohol shelves are always full, that is much more important indeed..

Good store to shop but asda needs to have less self check outs as it causes issues for people who dont know how to use it and one colleague running the area and having to wait for assistant. Tried cafe as the little ones were hungry so thought to buy chips as there was hardly much food in stock. Chips were DRY and can almost make you choke. Basically good store that needs improving and not worth recommending cafe

Went after a very long time late at night. Staff were helpful when asked for certain products. Had a whole load of shopping. When we were to pay there were no checkouts open ONLY self service ones. Started to unload onto conveyor belt only for one of the staff to say that it was card only not cash. Loaded again and went to cash one. Had to pay in 2 loads.

Massive store and like a gigantic aircraft hanger Lot of shoppers in for mid week so guess this is a really popular store with very generous parking, and the access seems okay. Only got a few things, asked staff and they seemed to know. Guess if you are a local good place to go.

Large store with a huge variety of products. Clothing range is really good. Most of my family all do their weekly shop here. Theres always parking and the buses outside are very regular. Staff are usually helpful. They have a cafe here but im not the biggest fan. Used to have a McDonalds but thats gone now :/

I wanted 60 bottles of champagne for a party and the on-line system could not cope. After an hour talking to South African customer services I went to the store and Ian in Wines could not have been more helpful, efficient and just brilliant. He even loaded all the boxes into my cart. I haven't had this kind of service since the Coutts of old. Thank you.

Popped in today to buy some Christmas lights and was in a real hurry. The place was packed. I got to the self service till and was a bit flustered. A wonderful member of staff called Illish ( not the correct spelling) Asian looking I think with a long dread lock ponytail was so very cheerful and helpful. He made the whole process easy and with a smile. I dropped my phone on the way out and he chased after me to give it back ! What a great team player. Well done ASDA. More staff like him needed at this time of year.

I come here for my fruits and vegetables and they are always stocked up. If you drive a high roof van you'll have to go to the roof where there're always plenty parking spaces available. You can always get your car washed on the first floor - if that's a service you require.

Asda at Roehampton Vale is my local Asda and i wouldn't be without it, i shop here every week and also pop in if i need a few bits during the week. This shop has everything you need, food, clothes, shoes and boots, kitchen and home wares, toiletries etc and a whole lot more, come and enjoy the shopping and then nip in the cafe and take the strain off your feet, tea, coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches cakes and hot cooked meals are all available here in store. Happy shopping !!! 😉

Very good selection of item's. Improvement on food quality also asda guarantee to be cheaper than other super markets (no Aldi and Lidl). Free parking any time so you dont need to rush. Really good place i wish if it was even bigger like extra floor

Generally an acceptable selection of groceries and household items. Some low-selling items can take a while to be restocked. Self-checkout is a mess of poor machines and inattentive staff, best avoided.

Stock levels vary week to week but mainly ok prices shoot up to ridiculous levels leaving you wondering how they could have increased to that level, stock in trollies at the end of the checkouts causing a problem with people moving out of the shop my main concern is the crime level purses being stolen normally around the cash point area this needs to be sorted asap
