A rare find. Superb customer service. Was looking for an unusal gift for Christmas and stumbled upon this company. I liked their story so thought I'd give them a try. I placed 2 orders for shipping to 2 different address around 9m on the 17th of December. At 10pm I received a personalized reply from a real person. (Thank you Elina).They were happy to fulfill my special requests. Both items received in their respective destinations - one of which was Scotland - on the 20th. I was delighted to find this company on the net! I wanted to order some nice authentic Austrian lager, like I'm accustomed to drinking when in the Tyrol. I placed my order for 12 bottles of Stiegl. Elina very helpful when I made contact over order. Website clear and easy to use. My order was despatched and received super fast, thank you. I'll be trying my first bottle tonight once chilled!! A super well run family business. Nothing is too much trouble for this lovely couple. Everything I've ordered has been delivered in no time and has been well packaged. Above all it has been delicious. I've worked my way through their range from gorgeous jams, honeys and mustard to meat products, sweets and alcohol. Brilliant. My sights are now set on the lovely table cloth in their home range.There's always something to tempt me......
