Reviews of Camden Market The Stables
E. S.
There so much to do in this place, I don't know where to start, there's plenty of restaurants, food stalls of many kind of international dishes, delicious dessert stalls, antiques, paintings and contemporary art, jewellery and bespoke jewellery, fun shirts, lots of clothing stalls, you name it! You can literally spend hours here, and even take a trip on boat to little venice, absolutely fascinating!. Everything is well organised, clean, and there's ambience music all over the place. I just love the stalls, come and spend an unforgettable day, and at Christmas period it's absolutely beautiful 😍

Excellent place to visit. Interesting shops and lots of different food. Very reasonable prices too!

We love Camden. We always do. Nice to see lots of works going on. Be nice when it's finished. Went for my birthday and had Street food. And visited our favourite manga shop. Shame there were lots closed though during the week. Not as busy as a Saturday and Sunday. But still enjoyed ourselves.
R. P.
It's nice for browsing, but it's full of crystal stalls, repeatedly, and therefore quite expensive.there were a few other shops , but I did find this market very pricey, more for tourists then locals I'd say.
K. M.
We spent 6 hours in this market. Loved it apart from the jewellery stalls who's staff are so pushy we walked away 3 times. Eventually found a lovely stall ( and stall holder) who was patient and not at all pushy, in the outdoor raised area at the other side of the market. He got the sales! Some shops on the website that aren't actually there any more so that was disappointing. Stall making bespoke leather bags, at bottom of umbrella alley, was amazing. Definitely recommend him. Bought some beautiful shirts from inside the raised area for the second time. Definitely check this guy out. What a talent! So, to sum up, if they won't let you browse without being in your face, walk away, there are loads of other stalls with more polite owners. Look down every nook you'll always find something new. We bought bags full!
L. A.
What not to like. The food market is insane. You can't go hungry and honestly nice food. Arts, clothes, weird shoes wow. Loved it. Visited as much as I could of the old parts and not the posh areas as it was indicated on my arrival. Next time...
D. K.
Cobbled streets are NOT!! Stable for push wheelchairs I found, as for the market people were nice and the traders too amazing lots to look at and plenty to see.

Brilliant place, Best Noodles of the World.
T. C.
Vibrant, Original Lots of stalls with homemade sliver jewellery, clothes artworks, beautiful scenery lots of traditional homemade leathers, gemed jewellery, eclectic goods.Lovely day out, lots of restaurants.
D. C.
Great venue, food was nice but not sure if I would have paid full price. Nice cocktail selection. The staff were nice and friendly and very attentive. Gave a 4 star because I found a hair in my creamy spinach and one of my guests were not given the correct knife to cut his pork chops.
M. M.
Ohh I have had a long relationship with Camden and the stables..so so love it there! There is nothing you cant get from there!
J. T.
Great place to visit. Lots of stalls, shops and street food.
W. H.
Camden Town is a must if you have never been. Always a Good Atmosphere. Do what we did go to Little Venice Canal and take the boat to Camden Lock. The boat will take you through The Regent's Park and also passes London Zoo which is The Base Zoological Society of London.
n.
Very unique place! I don’t think I was able to see everything there was to offer as there were so many shops and things to see, places to eat, drink etc ! It’s like a flea market vibe but the people are really inviting and knowledgeable they don’t try to get you to buy everything you see or stop to look at it’s really relaxing you can go through and look or try stuff without feeling like you were forced into it I really enjoyed my time here ! I met a lot of cool people/local artists who do very unique work, (I posted they business cards check them out) If you ever get the chance to come here please do you’ll find everything and anything you’re looking for! I look forward to coming back.
A. H.
Cool place to walk around, good selection of stalls and street food

Camden Stables Market is absolutely brilliant to go to, excellent food stalls, clothing shops etc. It has changed a lot in the past two and a half years but I will still keep going back as it strangely feels like I'm home. So great place to go and visit 😊
K. R.
Camden Market has had a huge facelift the past few years while still keeping the vibe that we love.
Lots of shops, eating places, unique items, alternative and friendly people. Definite must when visiting London.
J. T.
What an amazing collection of shops, stalls, food eateries, bars and boutique establishments. It's an amazing labyrinth of wonder that is a pleasure to meander around. There is something here for all tastes, from leather goods, to souvenirs, food stalls featuring food from Japan to Venezuela- also a great selection of bars litter this place, serving some great locally brewed beers. A wonderful place to happily spend many hours in!
A. T.
It's the most unique market that I've seen. All of the people there are soo friendly. It is very easy to get lost but that's the best bit of it.
J.
Lots of cool and quirky shops here. They all sell such a range of things. Bags, kids clothes, Harry Potter merchandise to Gargoyles and candles. Nice area to walk around and browse. Lots of good Atmosphere to soak up. Also so many food counters with lots of different cuisines. Be war tho the pretty experience costs a pretty penny. It's not cheap hear at all.
K. H.
Lots of street food around the globe, under construction, half of the market is not open yet.proper buzz
R. M.
Beautiful place even better food 😍
S. R.
Cool , nice offera and prices
C. D. S.
I love it. It has a wide variety of things, you can get vintage stuff, cyberpunk, maybe anime and manga, comics. Didn't see anything related to D&D or similars, but am sure the is something in there! There are also quite a few places to eat and the ones I've tried so far are great!
A. K.
Most excellent place, really is worth a visit, just do it!!
G. S.
A great day out for the whole family, with lots of shops and stalls selling retro clothes, action figures, jewellery, action figures, and unique items. The place also has a unique vibe to it - with its cobbled floors and indoor shopping areas. There is quite a lot to see and the best day for going is Sunday - this is Camden’s main day, and the place is crawling with visitors and locals. There is a large area of food stalls by the canal - selling all arrays of food and great views of the canal too. There is a footpath that takes you to Regents Park from Camden canal - a great walk on a beautiful day! We did a walking tour of Stables market and the food stalls, take a look at the youtube channel Geek Street Travels to get a first person perspective.
M. A.
I could have spent few more hours here if I did not have dinner reservations elsewhere. All of the shops were so very interesting. The place was filled with people and I can understand why. There is quite a variety of things to see and buy and eat.
W. I.
Amazing place indeed! Full of excellent and interesting businesses from tailors, barber shops to Shakazulu! Seriously fantastic place for having an experience in eccentric Camden.
M. W.
Love this place, it's so vibrant. Lots of shops and stalls to wander round, and some great bargains to be had. Lots of diverse places to eat. One of my favourite markets.
J. A.
So many great shops!!
P. C.
Has a great variety of foods, bits and bobs. Fairly crowded so be prepare to move slowly.
Not only fresh produce or street food like other markets visited in the past.
A. C.
Fantastic place to walk around in London.
There're many shops in the market that its popular in locals, such as food, tattoo, souvenirs. It's a place you can spent whole day there.
G. B.
This place is just sooooooo cool........if you like rummaging around different little shops and vintage bits and bobs.
A must see place to visit and spend a whole day just shopping.
K. P.
This place is amazing. Such a diverse amount of street food traders and curious shops. The old stables have been incredibly modified into a multitude of different shops selling art, clothes and gifts of all sorts.
D.
Lovely selection of small shops goods at reasonable priced something for everyone. Found a few bargains I purchased myself. Not very good for parking in the area. Worth a visit
C. R.
This has always been a fantastic collection of stores and restaurants. The latest refurbishment has maybe lost some of the old charm, but has made it both more accessible and increased what is on offer.
The market is for all ages and personally I love taking the family here. Perfect for young ones to try new food experiences.
S. R.
Always unique & quality experience... Also I'm regular client of creative Kokoart & the artistic female staff there are always top notch & produce amazing stuff...Loved my latest Art 🎨 painted trainers
G. L.
Busy place you don't get alot of time to stop and really look about. Clearly a vast range of food/drink available. Vibrant and lively place and plenty of shops to go to if you can find them.
F. S.
Amazing place to visit
A. N.
I loved Camden in 2001 and I still love it, even though a lot has changed. Of course the smell of marijuana is still here... The first thing that stroke me this time was the amount of Afgan people. They now own all the shops that were previously owned by English or Indian people. They also act like they run this place of London. The diners, the pubs are still excellent, but of course you still get bothered for a cigarette if someone sees that you are smoking.
The people are still lovely and extremely friendly here. They keep smiling. There is a feeling of being relaxed here. It can be a bit scary if this is your first trip to Camden at night , but I love it.
D. D.
It is a must visit if you in London , very crowded and busy all week especially on weekends
K. M.
Some lovely stalls. Just don't be billed into a purchase by the young, foreign stall holders, they are very pushy and do not belong in Camden market. They give it a bad name
L. V.
Very cool market in Camden! There are options for every taste and every pocket. Loose yourself around this place full of small streets, stalls, restaurants and many other food options (including a shop that sell only cereal!). Worth a visit if you're a tourist or a Londoner who's never been up to this part of town.
D. H.
The stables market is a great place to visit with lots of stalls with a good selection of food, clothing, fancy goods art's and crafts and home made goods, would definitely recommend a visit.
D.
I love this place, it's vibrant, full of character, plenty of shops and different foods from all corners of the world.
I. P. H. L.
I was in search of some new and unique tops and a few small gifts. It’s not the place to go to on your own on a Saturday afternoon. Overcrowded. Lots of tat. And I never felt relaxed to browse because of pressure from the stall holders or the amount of people milling about. Mainly tourists.
S. c.
Great way to spend an off. Umpty number of dining options and a great vibe. The lock makes everything so much better.
N. M.
I love the Stables Market, there's so much to look at, lots of unique clothing and jewellery and customised stuff. And plenty of street food too.
J. H.
Loads of different shops around spoilt for choice
A. B.
The Stables Market is a perfect touristy destination, dozens of food stalls from loads of different cultures, stalls selling clothes, jewellery, candles, home decorations etc. at reasonable prices. Lively and vibrant atmosphere. Great place to go for free food samples.
z. k.
I just recommend it to everyone!!
K. J.
Cool place in Camden. Lots of stalls with hand made items, especially jewellery and soaps. Also good place to stop by if you want a bite to eat. Lots of different cuisines and some tables and benches to sit down and eat by the canal. Nice quirky vibe to this place.
J. K.
Great place lots to see and do with good selection of shops ; food and drinking places
A. V.
Nice place loads of shopping to do. You have good number of food options else you can always goto Morrisons which is just next to it.
Very accessible to Bus station but the tube station of Camden Market was pretty much a long queue to get in and out.
R. L.
We've visited the Stables a while ago. We've never seen this place so peaceful like now. Shops are open as usual.
J. S.
I love it!very nice place.lots of good food and millions of people.i recommend it👍
P. S.
Old and new styles mixed in one colorful spot, easy to find and walk through streets. So much variety of food and shopping!
R. A.
Intresting, colourful and lovely place. You should visit it to feel the energy
H. M.
Iconic, atmospheric & eclectic! Something for all tastes, ages & persuasions. Just fabulous
S. K.
Great place for shoppers of all tastes. Food , scenery and unique.
S. W.
What an absolutely fantastic place! So much to see, I can't recommend it highly enough.
F. V.
Great place in London, easy to reach by underground/bus. You can enjoy walking around the different shops and see the real London. On busy days, this place feels really crowded. A huge variety of food stalls where you can eat your trip around the world. Certainly worth a visit!
N. M.
For Camden stopping by the stables market is a must. Filled with various little shops, food stalls, and a statue of the late singer Amy Winehouse it is a pleasant place to wander for an hour or so.
C. B.
By far, the most eclectic market I've ever visited. The food was great and it was a one stop shop tourist spot.
a.
Very nice place, street market full of nice stuff, good for bargain.loved the small restaurant s inside full of variety of dishes
L. F.
My favourite market in London. I love the diversity and collection of shops and restaurants. Something for everyone. It can get a little crowded but you shouldn't let that stop you. You are bound to find a one of top or cute gift. I'm always popping back to see what I can find.
R. B.
This place just has a unique vibe about it. The diversity is incredible, particularly the range of cuisines among the food stalls never fails to impress. Moreover, since competition is so high between the businesses, it means they all have to ensure their quality is the best. There's simply so much choice! Ironically, this is also the only issue, I spent ages trying to decide what I wanted, I the end I couldn't, so I bought everything. Dishes range from about £7 to £10 I would say (not including drinks) just take £20 with you you'll be fine.
One of my absolute favourites is the Indonesian food stall though. The coconut beef there is do die for.
A. A.
I havent been here in a while, lots of new food places outside. Lots of the unique stalls have dissapeared now. Tee shirts, tote bags are popular. I recommend visiting the main market too for shoes etc.
y.
Interesting shop and pleasant atmosphere.... You'll need at least half a day to explore thoroughly.... I will definitely return... Highly recommended for anyone visiting London...
K. “. J.
brilliant place many stalls and food shops great for a day out
S. W.
Best part of the markets. Still a little cool left from the old days before it became a tourist trap. Give the london gift shops a miss. No prices on anything charge what they think you will pay. Seen a beggar at a cash point with a knife up his sleeve give them a miss as well
Q.
A fantastic place, well worth a visit. It never gets boring, I find something new every time I go here. Massive choice of food and drink, and so many shops / stalls selling just about everything you can think of. I did not get chance to visit the museum 😉 next time.
n. j.
Great place to get out the rain and shop. Many stores and eateries.
E. D.
Amazing vibrant market! The people and the stalls are like a breath of fresh air!! We loved it here!
I. J.
Awesome place would recommend. Parking nearby
A. T.
For someone of my age, very strange but interesting
T. W.
It's nice but not the classic Camden that I grew up knowing
A. H.
Great day out with the children wandering around the markets. Lots to see if your interested in action figures, retro clothing, new design clothing, hand bags and jewellery. There’s lots more abs it’s always good to try and getting a better deal on the price. I’d say the food stall have gone up in price. I saw burger and fries for £10 which I though was quite dear. There’s Asian foods, English food and various other stalls. There’s lots of seating available you just have to look around for them. The canal side was very busy as there’s various stalls selling food. In the bar at the top of the stairs they had live music which was nice to sit in the sun and relax too.
S. D.
Absolutely brilliant and lots of different things to buy or eat
M. B.
Very busy on Saturdays but definitely a great experience when visiting London and not only
G. C.
Great place, very crowded though.
Plenty of places to eat with lots of different cuisines.
R. N.
Great atmosphere albeit rammed with people. You have to see to believe the variety of shops, food, stores and more.
+ New more solid areas for food makes a prettier area and more long term
+ Huge variety of good kerbside food places.
+ Very eclectic stores for all tastes.
- This area of London should be pedestrianised. The amount of people makes walking around tiresome and dangerous by the roads
One to definitely go to if you are in London and worth the travel time up to Camden way.
T. T.
Very lively place full of variety of foods and shops
J. C.
Love Camden and all that it has to offer. So diverse and exciting. Been coming to Camden for 36 years 😳
R. G.
A nice street with cool wall decoration. Good shopping street with a huge amount of shops.
The only negative point ist the intrusive shop keepers.
K. E.
Camden for crazy clothing and world food stalls, around the river. Unforgetable street art murals, as well !!
C. S.
One of my favorite places in London. You'll find think you're gonna love but never knew you wanted or needed here plus good and reasonably priced food. So much food.

Impressive! A very cool place where you have all and nothing, all in colors and variety.
Look at the pictures for giving you an idea!
E. V. R.
There is no other market like it anywhere. It has everything, character, atmosphere and its people are fantastic, it is just a joy to walk around the the place.
O. U.
A great and colourful market. so many interesting little stalls in this old place. some unique and cool shops with hard to find and rare items. There is also alot of history in this place which also adds to the visit, also the people make this market even greater, great characters walking around this place.
P.
Can get quite crowded at the weekends but it's a wonderful place to just wander around for hours.
Get off the tube at Chalk Farm and hit the market from there, make you way through the labyrinth of stalls and at the end of the day get back on the tube at Camden Town. Or, do it the other way round.
Either way you will need a full day and even then you won't visit every stall.
Enjoy getting lost there, and I do mean ENJOY.
R. B.
I visited Camden markets recently after a long time and loved it. It's a real tourist attraction and well worth a visit.
I. V.
A very interesting open air food market intermingled with shops. Definitely worth visiting. Mainstreet has a lot of peddlers and seemingly homeless beggars.
C. P.
Perfect to find extraordinary things to buy and a lot of different food to taste.
K. J.
Great stores, great atmosphere.
L. R. F.
All you can think about, chances are you will find it here. Awesome place to shop for unique items.
A. L.
I was so lost but eventually managed to find my way out of the labyrinth and straight into the line for bang bang chicken.
E. D. B.
Fun market to Just walk around. You can buy really anything you want. There are even vendours who will paint shoes for you right at the spot. And your size is the price! Good value for a handmade artwork!
S. v. A.
Excellent atmosphere, fantastic choice of tasty food, plenty of interesting stalls.
I really enjoy all the different street food. Nothing like this back home. Plenty of choices for people that say: "the cow that I'm eating was 100% vegitarian" to people who are 200% vegan; disclosure, i haven't eaten any meat for past 5 years, but can appreciate a joke.
My personal favorites are Indian and the only egg stall.
Don't forget to have a nitro created ice cream; my favorite is salted caramel.
P. F.
Nice place with good stores and beat street food. A lot of people!
a.
Fab place to shop, lively atmosphere, good music and lots of friendly smiling paople. Brilliant place to stay, eat, drink or just walk around
M. C.
Had a great day wandering around looking in all the different shops and stalls a bit pricey for some things. Excellent selection of food stalls food reasonably priced.
N. N.
Great vibe, great food, and lots of Vintage stuff to shop for!
Y. 4.
Was amazing to shuffle around the stables. such a great place. Unfortunately alot of the spaces are closed. This appears to be while they are being upgraded for high brow shops to pop up. The problem with this is that the stables is not about high brow and expensive. it's about quirky bargains.
Definately feels like it's the beginning of the end of this London icon
S. J. H.
Located in Camden, this is just an endless maze of great sellers and creators. Pretty much anything you can think off is here!
You just have to come and explore it for your self.

Popular destination both day and night. lots of booths with crafts, clothing and useful housewares. Wide street food variety and plenty of spots to sit, enjoy and people watch. Streets coursing with energy from lively vendors and smiling faces. whether an hour or two or for a good portion of the day, well worth the visit for memorable sights, smells and tastes. Easy access to the Tube.
K. S.
Trendy, clean, so much variety. Nice stuff for reasonable price.. Go for window shopping even if you dont buy anything. Feast your eyes to your heart's content.
V. A. D.
Love this place so much food to try and many great shops the market has everything you could want
W. Y.
See many things and enjoy the local life style in London.
J. e. v.
One of my favourites places in London! Lots of shops with handcrafted products and many street food stalls. Is it a bit crowded especially during weekends or summer time but really worth the visit.
A. S.
Lovely old market. Should visit to understand how the old markets operated & developed over the years.
H. Z.
Great place to shop. So much variety. I saw loads of places selling unique hand made items. Also they have 2 food courts where your a bit spoilt for choice. Very few places left like this in London. Definitely worth a visit.
T. K.
Great place to spend an afternoon shopping. Lots of different shops and lots of the same kind of shops, so good choice. We found a very nice cafe hidden behind a bookshop, where the guy serving us was doing a really great job of making things just right and putting a lot of care in it. The cups were very large and the coffee was excellent.
L. I.
Nice place to walk around and become a tourist for the day.
R. W.
If you like alternative markets, just try it. you'll find a plethora of interesting crafts and arts, but thousands of tourists, too
J. L.
Nice market place with a lot to look at and lot of interesting concepts. Not too many people during the week even during the summer which is a plus in my book.
A. H.
loved the markets. it's a special place. it's an emotional sensory extravaganza. so much to see and take. truly brilliant.
g. c.
Visit every time I come to London love shopping and eating here

Lots to see and do and nice place fir a full english
A.
Lovely market. Everyone is so friendly there.

My favourite place in the world. It has changed quite a lot in the past few years, which is sad but still my heart will forever be with Camden town. With a wide range of cool, unique and wacky stuff, you won't be bored in camden. The food makes you feel like you've just travelled the world.
J. K. K. A.
The market has just reopened, you won't always see it so empty.
A. R.
Constantly updating and regenerating this place. Never a disappointment. Excellent range of food, cool vintage area and really quirky. It'll probably take you an entire day to get round the whole thing.
A. M.
Always full of people...lots of vintage shops and foods of all the world
H. B.
Enjoyed our first visit here and would definitely go again.
S. R. O. S.
Very nice day we spent here
K. N.
If unique and quirky gifts is what you're looking for, then you've chosen well to come to Camden Stables market.
There's all sort of treasures to uncover here from vintage street signs, ornate antiques and costumes. Forming a part of Camden market, the Stables Market is a gem within, and once you've found what you're looking for, why not relax in the many pubs, bars, restaurant and food stalls?
Even if you're not looking for anything in particular, it's a great place to wander and get lost. Highly recommended for all visitors.
A. R. L.
Awsome places to visit. Either as a londoner or tourist.
Z. M.
Within Camden Market. The stables are definitely worth a visit. Qerky and very compact. Not easy to keep a Social distance in. Vintage, retro, goth, leather, trinkets, leather and handmade goods on offer. Local and international trade.
A. G.
I love Camden Market. You can get anything there and the traders are always willing to negotiate a price for your purchase if you feel it is a bit pricey. Great restaurants and food stalls with lots of places to party and dance the night away. Fantastic in the summer by the lock on the river. I bring friends and family from all over the world to visit. Definitely worth a visit.
X.
Was so cool made my childhood dream true
D. W.
Great views. Love spending time here.
K. S. S.
One of the best place to hang around.
T. T.
Lots and lots of shops, vendors, and options for food and drink as well.
V. I.
A great choice for shopping or a quick bite.
There are lots of different small street food shops with delicious dishes.
There is an open area with huge tables where you can enjoy your meal or your drink.
Usually is very busy at noon.
L. N.
First time I went was Summer 2019. Loved it! So many things to do ( as well as countless bars to go to). The market down in Camden is great too you can find all sorts of items if you are an eclectic type of person. If you have not been, I would recommend to go and check it out for yourself.
S. P.
Good place for rave party costume and accessories. I loved it.
R. S.
So much to see and really need a couple of days to go round and see all the stores, plus has loads to eat from lots of countries
S. M.
Fantastic for shopping, eating & drinking
C. F.
Great market with a mix of stalls selling old and new. It is great for anyone with a passion for Vintage as many of the shops cater for this. There is also a very large selection of food which is very tempting and all looks great. Just up the road from Camden Town station, it is easily accessible.
A. B.
Amazing atmosphere and food stalls.
A. H.
One of my favourate places to hang out. Can get vintage/trendy retro clothing here for Great prices and variety of food. Sellers are friendly, always smiling and willing to help you out. Its a quirky and unique place and you wont find another place quite like this
C. B.
Has some of the old Camden market atmosphere
A. S.
Never been here before. An extraordinary place which seems to go on for miles, every time you turn a corner there's another row! Exotic stalls, tourist tat, food from all over the world, clothing, junk, collectables, everything and anything. Extremely busy and quite claustrophobic at times. Well worth a visit- impossible to describe adequately. Has to be seen to be believed.
S. M. K.
I love the food and ambiance here. It's a nice spot to chill and have a nice chat with friends.
A. C.
Great place to see tourists
R. T.
The food was different from the usual menus of the area. It takes a little more time to arrive as it's cooked from scratch after ordering so don't go if you're in a hurry but great service and ambiance. A little chilly in winter as the doors open onto the pathway.
M.
Incredible place, is necessary to visit if you are in London, very complete with a lot of shops, particular and different place.
M. D. R.
It's for tourists, yeas, but it's still a very cool place! Had the best Italian I had in the UK so far, in the Italian alley, where you can choose anything from the different stands. The shops are cool though nothing you can't find somewhere else, but I especially liked the atmosphere, despite the people.
M.
Great for good and drink ,cool as !
J. D.
Really nice market with an array of different stalls
S. H.
That was my sixth time in London already but I've never been there. So, this time I went and I fell so much in love with that place that it actually became my favourite place there and the best market I've ever been to.
The interior of the shops is just amazing, it feels like entering a part of the Potter-World. Lots of s shops with a variety of things feels like a magic place. The old stables look awesome and every shop owner was friendly. Great and new favorite labe in London.
R. V.
It became very commercial and there are loads of things and nothing at the same time.
C. B.
Nice selection of shops and food
L. M.
Loads of interesting stuff down here, clothes, art and food. There are basement levels with all the old market stall type places including a few vintage clothing stores. Always say no thanks before buying anything... they’re persistent and will probably offer you deals. Massive sprawling market with character... apart from the sports direct and something called labs in the middle... looks a bit out of place
E.
Cool little place with a variety of stalls and shops selling jewelry, bags, artwork and retro bits and bobs. Great to hang out for a few hours and see what's around. Grab a bite to eat from the food stalls as there's a large variety to choose from.
A. S. (.
Amazing Market ! A lot of things to see and to eat. Wonderful place !
r. l.
It was friendly here and glad I came too see everything
S.
Nice area to wine and dine.
M. B.
Multi cultural, busy, lovely under sunshine, affordable.
T. G.
Quirky Camden at it's best ...for the tourist. The Amy Winehouse statue is worth seeing too.
H. R. (. B. B.
So many unusual things I want to buy
M. D.
Nice day, looking around and picking up a few bits.
T. B.
Came here with family for lunch while at Camden market. We had the special burger which was so good. Their lemonade was on point as well. We really enjoyed our meal and the staff was super friendly. It is a bit of a tight squeeze, out server had to pull out the table for one of us to fit on the bench, but we managed to make it work. Luckily our tiny derrières had no problem, but something to keep in mind if you have trouble getting into right places. I can’t imagine it being great for a wheelchair or bringing in a stroller.
I. G.
Wonderful place! Lots of stands and stores selling a myriad of interesting items from tourist knick knacks to original items of clothing. There's also a few eating places catering to all tastes and budgets. Great ambiance. Really enjoyable day out.
L. W.
This was my 1st time visiting Camden and was very impressed. The market stalls were very interesting and a good selection of different types of foods. One really good thing was the selection of really cool gifts for Christmas. I loved the quirky shops and alley ways.
E. C.
A delightful crafty arty place. Lots of interesting gifts and arts. Not as expensive as I imagined. I only browsed at this visit but will return very soon to make a purchass
C. H.
Some nice shops here although they are hidden in a sea of trash, I had to navigate a long alleyway to get to a cool little shop called Japan craft very good lots of anime merchandise, along the way I passed lots of small shops/stalls selling jewellery and other knock off stuff with hawkers trying to sell their stuff I was like 😦.
S. W. (.
It gets very busy here but well worth a visit.
An eclectic range of shops and stalls selling a large variety of goods.
Of course there is the usual gimmicky things such as clothing and curios, but there is also vintage shops, handmade objects shops and a fair few record shops.
Grab some food from the vendors in the middle, their food is lovely, especially the pizza!
TOP TIP: go have a bit of a dance in cyberdog! Well worth checking out
M.
Unique stores, Much diverse, Wow...souvenirs, paintings, cool stuffs, bars, pubs & so much. Nearby camden town / market. Sometimes this area could be overcrowded with tourists yet so much fun. Nice environment to be with kids. Must visit place if you're visiting London. Variety of foods. Wider area takes much time to walk around and enjoy everything. Also be careful there are pickpockets and thieves all around.
M. Z.
It's too busy for my liking, too crowded on a Saturday afternoon, perhaps go on less busy time. Loads of food stands and wandering tourists. But I am not a big fan of Camden anyway! If you like overcrowded places, feel free to visit. There is a lot of that there! More than 5 minutes does my head in...
A. M.
This is touristy to the point of being inauthentic. Good photo opportunities, but tourist tat in the shops.
The accessible toilets are up a long outdoor staircase. You can get to them another way but that involves a couple of blocks of walking. There should also be accessible toilets on the lower level.
We were disappointed in what we thought would be an authentic experience.
L. G.
Great choice of shops, the street food and bars with live entertainment is amazing the true London experience. Would say its 100% worth a visit. I have been told to be careful as pickpockets haven been seen so keep bags and valueable where you can see then.
A. H.
Crowded, chaotic, glorious fun! There is SO much to see and buy here, local artists and jewellers and non-local and commercial as well. There's a little bit of everything in here, and I highly recommend stopping by a churro shop while you wander...
M. C.
Such a great place. Love to get lost in the stables narrow streets. Lots of original shops with creative collections. Great for buying gifts and alternative clothes. It also has lots of food stalls.
S. P.
Quirky little market place in the heart of Camden, lots of stalls with original items, handmade goods for sale. Arty, modern, retro, 2nd hand brand new it's got it all. Love Camden, its a great place to visit.
T. K.
My fav place forever. Cyberdog is a must visit place.
G. d. L.
So we saw Emma Watson walking here and posing at the statue of Amy Winehouse
M. H.
Camden Town is awesome. I loved eating and shopping here.
T. C.
Really busy, but soo many lovely stalls and shops to look around with soo many talented people selling handmade pieces. Great place for buying unique gifts. And the food market around the corner is amazing too .
A. A.
Very very busy. Managed to get a coffee and food and walk around.
G. L.
Really unique; must be on the cards if you're visiting Camden just in general. I mean it is top notch around here. Plenty of cool wee shops and places to eat. Very diverse!
V. D.
Fantastic, loved every minute in Camden Town. So very different to all the other shops on the high Street. We bought some souvenirs and a painting.
We spent 4 Hours shopping and to be honest it felt like minutes, you know what I'm talking about.
The market stalls, bizarres, the choice of food down by Camden Lock, amazing, something for everyone.
L. G.
This place is so much fun, the only down is that it is actually a shop, (makes you feel like you want to dance), original gifts and a very upbeat atmosphere. You simply cannot visit Camden and not go there!!!
G. J.
Better for tourists. Not as good as it was 20 years ago. But still ok to visit. Every shop sells the same tat. Now looks too clean and lost its character.
M. M.
Lively place, good atmosphere.
d. a.
This is one of the most happening city of London and this market in particular has a wide variety of collections. Slightly overpriced. There is a magician at the ground floor who tries to keep everybody happy. I am sure you will enjoy his pranks.
P. P.
So many places to visit here, I can easily spend hours here without getting bored.
L. T.
They sell some eclectic stuff. Good for a stroll lots of characters around. But no horses, probably just as well as I have heard when they are asked to buy things they just say"Neigh"
K. M.
This place is magical. Beautiful spot for shopping and eating.
L. “. E.
I really like this place for its shopping and diverse offering of food. I often bring my foreign clients here who equally enjoy it. Tou can also have a lot of fun trying on some slightly more out there clothes
H. K.
If your aren't afraid of trying and seeing something different, then this is the place to go shopping or at least just looking. There isn't the thing you can't find on the market. Also a lot of things you might never need but is cool to look at.
It's a place with alternative people like punks, goths, hippies and everyone else. It's a great place for a quick and cheap lunch too!
C. Y.
Camden market absolutely a must visit for all things different and unique! Cyber dog 🐶 a little retro love the reflective clothing and artistic features in shop. The food stalls in Market amazing and walking up road worth it too, few shops not In Main market have great specials also
K. W.
Stunning place to visit.
N. S.
It seemed a lovely place to begin with however the prices were very hiked and a lot of stalls seemed to be selling similar things, which to begin with had thought were unique handmade items but clearly not as were duplicated on other stalls. Also the toilets are charged for and consequently would've expected them clean and tidy.
M. M.
Possibly my favourite part of Camden Market. My personal favourite store is Psylon. It is Goth Heaven (currently closed - thanks Covid). But if you're after incense, hippy chic, retro clothing, old gadgets, art, old vinyl and so much more, then hit the stables. Yeehah!!!!
A. P.
Maybe the most iconic place all around London. You can buy whatever you want, includin clothes, souvenirs and food. Walking around the streets is like traveling to the past. All is made of bricks and everything has a magic felling. You cannot leave London without visiting it, also if you do not want to buy nothing.
T. W.
It's always nice to visit Camden market. The food stalls are devine and you can always find something for everyone. I do feel that Camden market has lost its unique edge that it had 15 years ago. Doesnt really seem THAT different to any other outdoor market now days. Thank goodness for Cyber Dog still being there!!
J. A.
Nice place in Camden town london
N. L.
The best. You can find everything... Look for it! Really nice!
s. s.
Tried the Arepa & Souvalaki places both were great. Great vibe considering the lockdown measures are relatively relaxed.
A. R.
There seriously isn't anything you can't buy here! I'm visiting Camden for the first time ever from Melbourne, Australia and I loved spending hours pouring through the market for bargains!
The food stalls are incredible too and I wish I had more time to spend here.
A. L.
The biggest market I've ever been too. It would take ages to walk around and see everything. Not only are there a crazy amount of different shops in here, you can also get takeout/eat in food, beers. Lots of history and character, an absolute must visit!
D. A.
Excellent market style shopping area.
Lots of interesting stalls and small stores with a wide range of items to purchase or look at.
Main items include clothing, artwork and food.
Prices are quite high, but the quality is equally high so seems fair.
Would return!
D. A. H.
Beautiful outdoor market with huge of street foods which you can choose. If the weather allows you can enjoy your food there and you can choose your favorite one. They are also fashion, accessories, clothes trader. If you look for something old goods like bags, wallets, CD music and many others thing you can try to find it here.
s. d.
Unique place to shop, gets very busy on the weekend. Great verity of street food.
Sadly, the souvenir shops on Camden high st, have spread to the market BEST AVIOD THE CHEAP SOUVENIR SHOPS.
Y. I.
Love this place the atmosphere and everything about Camden is just amazing.

Why Your Business Needs Good Reviews
Let’s dig deeper. Less-than-ideal reviews can harm a business’ performance, discouraging consumers from engaging with your business. Did you know that businesses with two negatives on the first page of search results risk losing 44% of their customers? Throw in another negative to the search query, and that potential for lost customers increases to more than 59%.
On the other hand, positive reviews are immensely beneficial to your business and bottom line. Favorable reviews foster trust in your business—74% of consumers say that positive customer reviews make them trust a local business more. And more than 63% of consumers trust businesses with overall ratings of 4 or 4.5 out of 5 stars, while only a measly 2.5%—yep, less than 3%—of consumers trust businesses with overall ratings of 2 stars or less.
Because more than 57% of consumers will eventually buy from a business they researched online, you want the reviews that potential customers find about your business to be positive and encouraging endorsements.
P. S.
Wonderful place to surf around alternative life style world. A lot of interessting people and stuff here. You should have enough time and money to shop here. Leave your kids at the hotel to enjoy that place.
H. M.
It is quite rush area. Activities to do here in winter is snow skating and delicious street food available. Varieties of clothing , paintings, house holds and accessories galleries here. Need a full day for shopping
M. H.
Wide range of unique and fun shops with your more regular market type stalls. Selection of street food vendors. Some lovely architecture. Can get very, very busy and crowded at weekends. Not far from the tube.
D. C.
I love Camden. I love the stables. I can't wait for everything to get back to the normal..
#lovelondon..
P. H.
Loads of shops and stalls to look around, with plenty of street food kitchens from around the world. Such character in the old stables and within Camden as a whole. Worth a trip just for the experience but the shopping is also great
K. A.
Camden is a great spot for wondering around and absorbing the colours and atmosphere. Worth a visit
S.
A really fun place to visit lots of little handicraft kiosks. Lots of good food and a great place to watch the world go by.
Camden town one of my favourite places in London
D. M.
Beautiful place and amazing views. I loved
J. M.
Really is worth a visit, just do it!!
r. a.
Nice place to explore market shopping
V. C.
Always a good selection of shops/stalls. Seems to have lost its charm recently and become more mainstream. A shame.
P. C.
Amazing in every respect.
V. R.
Most of the traditional stalls are gone and replaced by big retail brands at high cost
C. G.
Three stars because a lot of the products that are offered as 'vintage' are not vintage at all. So keep an eye out and don't let the shopkeepers sell you cheap stuff for high prices. Also there are a lot of shops that just sell the same touristy items over and over again. I got bothered by a persistent shopkeeper one time too often.
The entire scenery is beautiful and a lot of the food that's offered is absolutely amazing in quality.
C. G.
Stable market today there is plenty going on . Food , shops and stalls.
P. 7.
Amazing place, full of colour and colourful people
S. S.
Visited the new sweet shop which is a bit of Alice in Wonderland come American idea of Grimm's fairy tales transformed to everything edible. Atmosphere/ decor is insane/ funny but there is literally sugar in the air, products on offer are actually average in taste/ selection but overpriced (well, this is London). So cannot see how anybody would want to spend more than 10 Min here. Otherwise walking the stables is always fun for browsing of anything you can possibly want to buy, not so much in the pouring rain though.
F. T.
Camden market has changed! I like the new layout and the increase of Vegan/healthy shops for food. I am also a big fan of the long line of tables that create a designated eating area. The whole place feels more organised. However, I didn't find the stalls that interesting and I had intended to spend money there on something nice for myself. So a slightly disappointing trip.
R. G.
Great shopping and people watching
S. R.
Love it, even if I'm a touch biased(I've lived in N.London 30+years). There's something there for everyone, food, entertainment, very trendy in every respect: it's not world famous without a reason.
P.
If you like shopping this place is pretty damn good for you. Very wide variety of shops with some cool items you dont always find in a regular high street
There are also a lot of food outlets, especially vegan friendly so if you are vegan is a great place with lots of choice.
Lots of toilet facilities though most require a small payment.
5 -7 minute walk from either camden town or chalk farm underground stations as it is in the middle of both.
There is a canal near by that offers a lovely walk... about 10 minutes along it gets very quiet and is like you are not in a large city. Good place to get away from the chaos that is the market
S. J.
Got to love Camden and it won't be long before they sell more of it to the developers - how many dodgy middle eastern casino owners can there be? - so get there while it is still cool. This part is the antique bit, except most from the 60s and 70s, so extra cool for old fogies like me.
M. A.
This is what makes Camden, Camden. It's just a great way to spend a day wandering around the market stalls and grabbing a few bargains along the way. There is plenty to eat and you can pick up a few things you won't find anywhere else. The only downside is that it can be very busy so expect to weave through the crowds.
M. S.
Lots of clothing here. Some that I doubt you could get anywhere else. I wanted to buy loads but lack of changing facilities detered me. However, it's worth looking around and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help.
A. A. A.
Great place to visit especially on the weekends when it is busy. You can feel the market vibe and the street foods are delicious but some of them might give you diarrhea. So, good luck.
E. F.
The extension to Camden market is home to many small and unique shops which sell almost anything you can imagine. Upon walking in it almost feels like the grand bazaar in Turkey with street vendors and proper shops tucked into corners waiting to be discovered. If you go to Camden market it's only a 30 second walk, you wouldn't know it's two separate markets. All in all a great day out!
B. N.
Diverse slightly expensive good food
P. B.
We really like walking through the market. There are lots of interesting stalls. You can gorge on ethnic foods enjoy a coffee or a beer. There are craft stalls, antiques, tat, and bespoke jewellery. Enjoy!
G. W.
I just love Camden Market especially down by the canal watching the house boats come and go. It's a must for anyone visiting London you'll certainly enjoy yourself.
S. A.
Wide variety of street food. Visit here regularly. I'm always given free little samples to try before you buy. Which in turn makes you want to eat everything. The halloumi fries are good and the Indonesian curries are also Fab!
P. I.
Great food, full of hipsters though. Camden markers are fun in general - don't go on school holidays though, place was packed with kids and teenagers. Way too many people for a space that small.
L. B.
My favourite place in all of London.
Everytime I am there I find new awesome stuff.
Wide range of foods from diffrent nations to clothes and army supplies.
Most of it is covered under roofs so you can also go there when its raining.
S. H.
Great spot for one drink! Live music is the best part! Lots of seating. Would recommend sticking to beers though, we got 3 Aperol Spritz and charged £30 😅
S. E.
I think this is my new favourite place in London central. Ultimately you are paying for the atmosphere and its well worth it. Great for adults or families, you can go for cheap, or pay a fortune. You also have the option to stay most of the night. The coble streats and people from all over the world, makes this is great day for all.
j. c.
Awesome! Genuinely awesome.
Walking through history in this place and I loved every second of it.
It isn't like Marrakech, Istanbul or Hong Kong with its smells and flavours, but it is its own brand of British goodness!
T. B.
The stables is cool for a walk around if you are looking to kill an hour or two but it's not nearly as cool as it used to be. The traders here now don't have the same uniqueneas as they once did and it seems they are all selling roughly the same thing. Yes you can find something interesting from time to time but I think as a whole it's lost its edge.
N. M.
This place is well known all over the world and probably rightfully so! It is full of history and the market stalls have just about everything that you could possibly ever want to buy. The Amy Winehouse statue is such a nice touch and I loved the Modfather shop as well as Doc Martens official store and the food stalls. I'm sure I'll re-visit at some point.
S. B.
In Camden. The prices have gone up since I was last there (2016), but the rents did as well since Camden has now become "trendy". Still an interesting area to visit. Lots of good food (including vegan) for great prices.
S. A.
Love this place, such a variety of stalls and shops. Lots of different designs, crafts, clothing, leather goods, jewellery, antiques, pictures, books etc. Also an amazing choice of food stalls which are inexpensive. Very lively and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend going here.
a.
Great area to buy alternative stuff and great vegan food!
Looking for anything? You will definitely find it here! Bought way too many clothes, but damn they look good!
L. T.
What can i say, one of the darlings of London! even though it is generally off the tourist beaten track, the stables are a great way to spend a day, you can find almost anything here walking around it's amazing cobble stone lanes you will not be displeased you payed a visit.
m. b.
Great place for shopping and and Entertainment
A. B.
I liked there. So cozy (a bit noisy indeed) and a different atmosphere. You must visit that place once you're in London! I teied vegan falafel and it was the best one I ever ate.
F. B.
Always a great place to go
J.
Love walking around all the alleyways at the Stables Market in Camden and always enjoy the large variety of street food! Avoid the weekend and summer if you don’t like crowds as it can get very busy.
L. G.
Good market, but a lot of alternatives shops are being closed to open up generic shops for the tourists. Generally pricey food stalls
The suits will kill Camden and its vibe, for which people visit it. The alternative businesses is what gives the fame to Camden Town and brings the tourism! Close down the gifts shops that are at every corner instead
A. E.
All of Camden makes for a fun trip. I wouldn't want to live here as the novelty of all of Camdens quirks may wear off, and I certainly don't do the market every time I visit, but you should definitely- if you like shopping around- put time aside for a trip around the famous market!
L. Q.
Another way of exploring part of London.
Walk by the river, boat ride nice place to relax by the river side and enjoying the world goes by while eating street food and chatting with friends.
Street food is quite expensive though.
Not ideal to go with kidz as they might get bored and if you have pushchair then is a problem as quite hard to push it around on those tinny alleys no where to sit and crowd of people other than that is beautiful
s. p.
Nice collection from all around the world. Do not hesitate to bargain
E. B.
Nice variety of doughnuts, but even though we were there first thing in the morning, they didn't feel as of they were just baked..
A. G.
Loved it, every minute of it! A must visit for tourists and passers by.
J. v. L.
The markets in Camden are a sprawling warren of stalls and shops on the north side of the river. It is easy to overlook most of it if you only find the stalls at The Lock. Sadly some of the art is not as special as it first might seem since many of the stalls have the exact same items. Nevertheless the atmosphere is great throughout and many varied dining options are available.
Y. N.
Nice friendly place for youth people and teenagers, but not particularly suited for families
G. M.
Great Atmosphere.
Culturally Vibrant.
Overpowering smells so beware if you have sensory processing issues
Expect to pay Tourist Prices for food, drink and souvenirs.
H. A.
Great place to hang out. Very vibrant atmosphere and awesome variety of food.
l. e.
Nowadays it's very touristy but still has a nice vibe. Live music on a weekend is a good way to bide your time in Camden Town
G. E.
I love this market. There are (at least) two well-stocked vintage clothing stores and I found the perfect shirt for a party! Lots of Banksy prints, London artefacts, indie clothes, retro and mod clothing and paraphernalia too.
M. R.
I love it! Lots of different food choices (ok it is very busy but you don’t have to queue for long) and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend paying it a visit
R. K.
I love walking around Camden market, a good variety of stalls for shopping and food, the prices had gone up slightly but it has all been done up so I assume this is why, If you like markets you will love this place
M. W.
Expansive and unique.. There is some repetition as you would expect but there are some bits and bobs you'll struggle to find elsewhere. Perhaps the range of clothing is a bit limited for the sensible 40 something I've become but it's still worth a visit
n. m.
Loads of indoor/outdoor shops/stalls and eateries. Loved it.
W. A. B.
It's rapidly losing it's charm, with the old independent vendors moving out, corporations and highly polished "indie" vendors moving in. The hodgepodge of interesting stuff is going away, and you get the feeling every one of the new stores has their own app and a website with the exact theme of the store interior.

Love Camden would definitely recommend
R. W.
A fun place to eat with something for everyone. The falafel at one of the many food places was delicious. Variety and freshly made food abound. Vegans have lots to choose from as well.
O. A.
It's changed a lot in some ways since I was a kid, and in others it's just the same old place. Definately more refined than it used to be with some more up market establishments, but still retains it's original Camden Feel.
J. J.
It's a lot nicer just now, being a bit quieter..not so crowded..get down there and enjoy it while it lasts..
R. P.
Love Camden Market. Had a look around the Market aree. Watched a small narrow boat coming through the locks. Had a lovely lunch at the cheese restaurant. Brilliant end to our away days.
S.
They've got toilets and arrows to point the correct movement directions. Toilets are contactless charge per use but are very good quality overall.

Amazing area with shops of all kinds, market stands with a variety of products that won't let you leave empty handed.
Enough food and beverages crash places of all sorts, hosted in a very cozy, multi-level square. Also the place where to find the Amy Winehouse statue (look down: she's not that tall ;-)
R. J.
Amazing Vibe, so much choice
M. H.
Insane food, so many choices that there is something for everyone. Super service and its a big place so there's alot to discover!
I recommend Naked Dough and the arepas that are being sold at the booth by the entrance.

Beautiful and clean! Thos was the first time i vidited since the fire and i love how the stables have been transformed into something beautiful and modern but still holding on to the old charm! You will find a great variety of food stalls vegan too!! Vintage and unique clothes, jewellery and much more!! Will definitely return on my next trip to london

Great place to while away a few hours
A. D.
Fab place from Wales love going there
D. J.
Array of interesting shops and nice pubs with live music and activities. A good place to dance. Go there, you are very likely to find something nice.
Be ware when heading here from Camden underground though. Sellers everywhere.
G. M.
Always changing, great stalls and good vibes

The Stables Market is world famous & captures the excitement of Camden Town. Sadly if you're Disabled, especially if you have mobility impairment or are visually impaired, it can difficult or impossible. The cobbles make the floor a minefield of trip hazards, many stalls & restaurants are accessible & the whole site is so awkward it means you are a brave person to visit if you're Disabled.
Hopefully things will improve but if you're going & either you or a fellow visitor is Disabled, please remember you may not be able to see it all.

Amazing place to go lots of food places, market is close by interesting shops i like it especially reggae fest round the corner a must

Cool and funky maze of places to visit.

Don't Be Mad On Me . As I'm Very Familiar With Our Tel Aviv Art Promenade Nachalat Benjamin / Nachalat Binyamin Bazars and Beautiful Restored Buildings I Didn't Really Loved Camden Zone At All .

Full of Variety. Love it here.
B. W.
Visited in late July. It's a little sad. Everything is open but not people to give it vibrancy. Toilets open and free. Food open with no lines. Shops open with no lines either.
G. P.
Busy! Claustrophobic! If you don't like lots of people in a confined space, then I his isn't the place for you! But if you're a fan of wondering around and discovering things that you wouldn't normally find, then give it a shot. There's almost everything here, from the sublime to ridiculous.
C. Y. C.
It's a must if you've never been. It's quirky, but can be really busy on the weekend. The food is great at the market, with a huge variety.
C. M.
Again such an amazing place, there is so much to see and experience... Take the day to enjoy, eat, find a treasure and relax by the lock...
J. C.
Great shopping experience, amazing food options for all diets. Fairly accessable to all but wheelchair users and parents with buggies will struggle with uneven flooring. Vintage market for clothes is excellent, with lots of vintage/antique homewares and artistic items also. Lots of fantastic restaurants. Don't miss out on cyber dog. It's mad. Remember to buy something and support the amazing shop for the experience. Lots of artisans making things live and personalised. It's extremely busy, make sure to check the listing above for quiet times. Hole on the wall/Cash Machine/ATM available, not sure if the building with these is part of stables but if you're coming from the tube station it's the white building just after the canal. It has 2 one on each floor. Bitcoin ATM also available at that location.

Great !!!!!!! There's everything here food , clothes , books ,bits and bobs , antiques , vintage stuff , drinking ,,partying,, , tattoos, hairdressers, music , even Morrison's near by . along with great and unique atmosphere , Street performers . even if u need moment for yourself its quite quiet by the canal . I don't know if there still is , but few years back , there was a great music boat to relax
B. R.
It was amazing!

Camden Market and The Stables Market is a fun place to visit. Loads of small shops and stuff to look at. Mostly clothes but also a lot of odd things and bling - and many different foods to try out. Well worth a visit!
T. “. T.
I like visiting Camden but these days it feels more like a tourist trap full of mass-produced stuff. There are still great shops and stands with niche and independent things but the tourism in the area feels like it's ruined it unfortunately.
J. O.
Great market for you to buy a cheap and affordable souvenirs, especially if you are buying in a bulk. I bought some lovely souvenirs and its much cheaper than the one selling at Oxford Street.
K. B.
I was SO excited to see the BT21/Line friends pop-up today. It was fantastic. They could definitely do with a full-time K-pop stall in the market. Thanks!
A. R.
Great vibe. Unfortunately, the modernisation has not included original traders, it is now as the case of similar venues, churning out imports like a machine. You will find it fun though.
M. L.
Beautiful location in Camden with the market and zoo in close proximity. Variety of cuisine for food lovers. Definitely recommend a walk through and for a bite to eat.
J. H.
A certain type of fashion available here
A. K. M.
I love this place. Nice chilling spot for the summers! Amazing food court and nice boutiques. This place is very close to my heart, so lively and always buzzing.
G. M.
I went for the food, and there was a fantastic selection of stalls to choose from. Roti House provided a really tasty chicken wrap for lunch, and I bought some fantastic fudge from Roly's Fudge Pantry. Huge market, and I only scratched the surface during a quick lunchtime visit.
C. “.
Wow?!! This place is amazing. On the last few years it looks cleaner, more modern, there is space for everyone, you can walk and sit down and shop even when is crowded. They did a good job.
S. H.
Great especially in wet weather as all under cover. Horrified that Landlord is charging for public toilet access. Surely this should already be more than covered by extortionate rental rates stallholders have to pay!!!! Palpable greed of this particular Landlord is offensive to me.
A. K.
Brilliant place good atmosphere friendly staff family friendly place good selection of shops value for money thanks.
W. C.
The stable market is great for shopping, if you want to eat, there is plenty to choose from here, if you out clothes shopping there is loads to choose from here too, it's a very friendly atmosphere and great for families, there is loads to select from and shops in all area selling all different this, you be surprised what you find here.
B.
Versatile, Avant-garde market fair selling alternative fashion ranging from 70s to Punk, Goth to Cyber-Punk as well as vintage items. Impressive collection of street food available from almost any region of the world, accommodating a variety of diets. I used to love this place as a teenager, however it’s become an over-priced tourist trap for pick-pockets.
Recommended food stall - Quinoa Arepa, Magic falafel
Recommended cafe - Cereal killers
Recommended shop - Cyberdog

This one just one a the several markets in Camden. The oddest thing is that none of this has changed much in years, other than being cleaned up and make a little more health and safety concious. I'm not sure the addition of a Sports Direct is doing anything to the charm of the place, but it's still a place to hang-out and buy those things you can't get elsewhere like novelity picture frames, sented candels, posters, "kinky" boots. There is also plenty of desert type food to eat.
M. k.
Love this place. Got a lot going on there. Lots of food places. And right next to Camden lock pub. Great place to visit. Including the whole of Camden.

If Salvador Dali was reborn as a Victorian interior decorator, it’d go a long way to explain the Stables. Bronzes of life-size ponies prance through prison-like architecture, and mini market stalls drip with prayer beads or Moroccan lamps. The punters and stallholders are no less characterful.
The Stables is essentially a honeycomb of over 400 boutiques, venues and clubs. Crowds flock to the catacombs, which features pop-art fronted vintage emporiums, and an ex-horse hospital that’s gallery by day, and cabaret club by night.Look for a space to rent or enquire about doing pop up shops in the Stables market today.

Beautiful place to shop. Small cozy shops. Some of the staff are very helpful and some are not. There are also places to eat here. Easy to get lost here.
M. A.
Very interesting place!

It took me three visits to candem market to realise that this place exists. It's not hard to find. But it's not a place that you can see from candem market. Definitely is a must if you are visiting London. You can find a lot of different items. From clothes to food or antiques and even a small shop with retro videogames or a shop of cereals from around the world. One of my favourite places.
A. G.
I really like this place which is very quirky with a good mix of market stalls many with homemade goods. Also a good selection of street food vendors. Recommend a visit if you like something different.
S.
haven't been to the stables for ages, but had a nice visit recently. loads of stuff to see and buy, has some really nice places to eat there too.
I. M.
A hidden gem next to Camden Market.
Lots to see and experience the visual sight of what were horse stables converted into rows and rows of shops.
Excellent place steeped in history
G. C.
Part or the much larger Camden Market these old horse stalls harken to another time. An interesting way of keeping part of their history alive, rather than to our the stalls they are used by vendors to hawk their wares. A little bit of everything. If you're already in the crazy space that is Camden Market make sure you share some time to check out this part.
K. Y. F.
There's such variety at Camden's various markets that you'd have to have a very niche idea of what a great market is, to not enjoy Camden. From Cuban cigars to hand made knick knacks, second hand to tailor-made. Vegan to chocolate... Ehhh... Do try the beer.

Best place i have ever been

This place is buzzing. Plenty of stalls and shops. Very busy area, but worth checking out. The canal was a great photo spot and we ate an excellent Italian.
I. H.
Lots of different shop differing qualities

The best market place I've ever been too, absolutely loved it, amazing food and a great atmosphere, even in London weather. Is definitely a must see in London
G. a. A.
Excellent place to be. All sorts to see and buy. Something for everyone, but especially the out of the box thinkers, the creators, the appreciators and those who are just wonderfully different. Thank you
M. J.
Despite all the gentrification of the market its still a fabulous place to visit. So much to see, buy and eat!
G. R.
In the heart of Camden town this labrynth of clothes stores, food stall, second hand stores and jewelry shops....the list goes on! If it's your first time here be sure to have at least an hour or two to explore all the nooks and crannies! My personal highlight is the Cyberdog store. Never seen anything like it before or since!
N. S.
A street shopping experience.
Stable market has different style of clothing.
market closes by 6 ,start early to roam as much.
Also part of little venice can also be seen here. It's heaven for Handicraft and antic thingslovers
M. I.
A bit too small, but good prices .
J. B.
Vibrant colourful market great all year round .. lots of different food to suit all tastes but rather a lack of places to sit and eat! lots of different stalls and rooms to browse with old LPs, art, clothes etc .. and check out the street art in the surrounding area!
R. M. A.
Awesome street food!!

Some people say Picadilly Circus is the centre of London but they are wrong. This is.
I've been coming back to this place since 1979... Love the atmosphere, love how the place is different, you can buy some alternative stuff here, not mainstream junk... More like underground junk, arts andcrafts etc...
Back in 1979 I saw a blind man playing his instrument here. Every year when I returned to tis place, there he was. Same guy, a bit older, playing his music. Last time I was here in 2003. I recognized him immediatelly, he was still playing there. He spent all his life on this corner. I never spoke to him, but a strange thing happened. He turned in my direction as if he recognised me. How could he... But somehow he did. I felt a connection.

Big foodmarket
Dozens of different types of food all over the world

Cool Markets for everything different, no standard cheap clothing and touristig bull-output. Quality unique products, can definitely vouch for the leather dude in the stables, best portmonaits!
