H. M.Staff there are wonderful and helpful.
The turn over there is ridiculous, we need more facilities in the area to help with the load of people moving in the area there's nowhere close to shop.
Shelves are mainly empty by a certain time aday as they are always busy from when they open.
M. C.I usually go here for my daily shopping, even if is a small store it has many awesome products, especially iresistibles ones ! Love them ! Also a big thumbs up for staff, all of them are hardworking and verry helpfull ! Even if the store is busy they re treating all the customers nicely! Some of the tills persons are allways keep us in touch with the offers or discounts! Well done to all of them! Everything is apreciated ! 🤗👍
B. C.Stopped in because my 'bag for life' from another supermarket had broken after about 5 minutes, was going to buy something just to get a co-op bag. Cardell on the till gave me one on the house - thought it was really good customer service and deserved 5 stars.
L. Y.Customer service level varies. Most of the time staff in this store are helpful, but did come across rude ones. Prices here are higher than big supermarkets and not many choices.
A. M.It's a real shame, as the area is so poorly served for shops that a good supermarket would really clean up. (Until this opened, the only supermarkets were a couple of very shabby Tesco Expresses, or a long trip to Walthamstow or Tottenham.) This has as good a selection as the Tesco Express up the road, but has nowhere near enough tills so there's always a queue even at quiet times. For somewhere brand-new and purpose-built it's also surprisingly cramped and grubby—it feels more like a petrol station shop than a supermarket.
