Overall good experience for a grocery store of this rank. Would definitely appreciate it if there were less cages at the store at peak hours and less staff blocking the isles.

Loved it, looks very nice from the outside as that's where I was in my car stuck in traffic for 20 minutes, it's not what you would call a tourist attraction but it's certainly a building where old meets new. There were other shops I was stuck outside for a little while in traffic but google had picked the Coop.

The store needs a complete refurbishment very dated overall. Have noticed some staff sit on the floor to restock the lower shelves. No access to use the self service checkout machines after 6pm leaving a long queue of people waiting to be served with one salesperson at the till. A bizarre, annoying and repetitive announcement over the tannoy regarding CCTV and recording of customers ‘No other sane supermarket does this’ customers do not want a constant reminder that they are recorded when shopping as it is rating the obvious. Hire a security guard to observe and deal with potential shoplifters if there’s an issue. The tannoy would be of benefit to informing customers of the stores special offers or some pleasant music. Clearly this store is mis-managed to some degree.

It's not bad, but I can never understand why in the evenings they close all the self-scan tills - so you have to wait in invariably long queues. Very annoying. Handy to pop in for a few bits you've forgotten, or a mid-week topup, but quite expensive for day to day.

Medium sized shop has good selection of fruit and veg. Small variety of meat and fish. Most necessity available not a good place for spices. Has excellent frozen food deals. Decent alcohol selection.

A very handy shop for all the bits you can't find at the other local shops. They offer a reward card that does pay, especially when purchasing their own products, generally 5%. This also donates 1% to local community projects.

Normally good and food is very good quality . However the store is small and considering we are in tier 4, it feels like there are too many people in the store wandering about randomly.

Good selection for basic stuff. It is a pitty that it closes so early on sundays. We do not have much options around, apart from tesco. to go further or you really like walking or you have a car or use a bus. They sell used books (I have seen even polish), for a very cheap price. Quick lane for self checkout.

Is a small branch with a reasonable amount of fresh fruit small bread section and a mix of common stock after 8pm the quick checkouts are listed forcing people to go to the smoking counters normally there are just 1 or 2 people on the checkout leading to a 10 to 15 minutes wait

Ok for quick emergency top ups. Used to do a good free from range with vegan bits...seem to have scrapped all of that in favour of just gluten free stuff which doesnt even seem to move off the shelf. Not impressed with lack of choice now

Great little shop, can go here everyday for school. The sushi is a little overpriced and/or isn’t in stock sometimes. Lovely little shop though, can buy a lot from here from ice cream, to pretzels. The pretzels are incredible.
