Reviews of Co-op Food - Crouch End - The Broadway

I like it. Down to earth grocery shop, feels like a family joint which tries to balance things out. Seems they try to be inclusive as possible and have very diverse staff so I feel they go all the length to be local and representative. I like their British produce and the international stock too. Especially their cargo bike delivery service within an hour or two.

It's a decent local supermarket, felt more special when it was fully local rather than part of a chain, but staff are still very friendly and it has some local products. One whinge though, the self checkouts are dismal, seriously, ending up giving up pretty much every time I'm giving it another go.

Loved it here, good range of products and alcohol. Especially co-op brand, if they have that pineapple rum you will not be disappointed. It was helpful that they selled HiPP baby food and their finger bread buns were so soft. Parking is a bit of a nightmare in this area though.

This is one of my favourite Co-op stores. I am always impressed with the quality of Co-ops meat and bread. The store is well laid out and not usually too busy.

Lovely store. Not very busy though. Great bakery section with fresh bread from the local bakery as well as own brand options. They have a great lunch deal selection. They have a medium size free from section. The selection of crisps and drinks (soft and alcoholic) is amazing. It is also always clean. You have the option of about 6 self service till points and several staffed tills as well.

Love having check out options (diy or counter assistance), browsing privilege and common sense shelve stacking. Friendly staff. Wish they bring back the deli counter.

Spacious with a wide range of good products. Crouch End is very lucky to have such a well stocked supermarket on the high street. Doesn't have all the niche products that pull the foodies into Waitrose next door. But otherwise excellent with friendly, helpful staff.
