A. L.I had my order delivered this morning, three heavy bags. The driver rang to say he was unable to gain entry but while talking to.me he was able to come in and he told me the lifts were not working. I live on the 12th floor (tower block of flats) and I said could he come back in an.hours time and I thought he said yes, than 15 minutes later I had a knock on the door and it was my delivery, two heavy bags, he had climbed up the stairs and I couldn't believe it I struggle going up three flights of stairs and then he told me another person would be coming with the rest of my shopping and he.did. I would like to say thank you again to the two lads that delivered my shopping. That is what I call fantastic customer service and I hope this email will.be.sent to Head Office for the great service I received.
A.Convenient, too small though m, stock always low in fresh area
M. B.Good little corner store for the daily needs. I’m in here 3-4 days per week. My only complaint is they are constantly out of ice, which should be a staple for a corner store with freezer space. I can only assume they’ve personally offended the owner of their ice supplier because it’s really almost all of the time they’re out.
S. S.Thank you to Christine at Munster Road for giving great service. She always has a "good morning" or a "have a nice day" for all customers even when she has a particularly difficult customer. Definitely sales advisor recognition should be given to her.
N. D.Good local supermarket with a good but not extensive range of fresh veg, salad, fruit and store cupboard foods. Does have a good range of wines and beers and some spirits.
