I'm a fan of the Co-op. This one is a bit average compared to other Co-op stores. It's a decent size and has a good selection of fresh, dry, chilled and frozen products. The aisles are quite narrow and it does get rather congested if anyone else is there or if a member of staff is doing shelf filling. The three staff I spoke to there were helpful and friendly, but seemed like they needed more of them to keep on top of things. Parking is on street with a couple of spaces behind the store, but no dedicated car park. The store is fully accessible, but it would be an uncomfortable experience shopping there due to the narrow aisles. Probably could do with a bit of an update.

After years of suffering dull customer service experience and low quality fresh stock on the shelves this Branch has undergone a very much needed refurbishment and I can finally shop here again after almost 5 years. The aisles are clear from clutter and wide enough to allow you walking through without bumping into things or people. The shop is bright and clean and the Staff seem to be relieved to work in such a nicer environment. The new Manager Crispen is a friendly person, kind and polite with a contagious smile even while wearing a face mask!!!!

Ok if you need cereal, milk etc. Could do with a wider range of vegetables. Most everything is more expensive than the larger Sainsbury's in West Ealing. They stopped selling Sainsbury's own brand french fries which is the best item Sainsbury's make. I prefer the Tesco further up which is much larger and has more special offers. Also serves as an Argos collection point with she day delivery on many items.

Small local supermarket open until 11pm daily, very handy. Usually friendly, helpful staff and good quality produce but can be a bit on the pricey side. Basic things can sometimes be out of stock.
