It's clean and well stocked here. They have a sanitising station

Staff were so helpful, I'm not used to shopping so had no idea about a meal deal, but the assistant told me what was included in the deal, he really was helpful. The lady on the checkout was equally helpful, Co-op should be proud to have such great employees. Thank you both for your help

Great improvement in past couple of months. Really good selection of wines and fishes. The ceiling has been fixed (at last) and the stuff members in the checkout were quite helpful. Well done

I never used to go into the Co-op but now, I go in every two weeks. Their choice of meals is really yummy. More important, the meals taste like home cooked meals. Their beef lasagne, spaghetti, and macaroni cheese meals are really tasty. They have a variety of salads and fruits. Really you should try them out. This is not about price, I am talking about quality and variety. The only complaint I have is that I can never find pralines and cream ice cream! Maybe they finish too quickly.

Very generous opening hours and is looking very good since the renovations. A few of the aisles are very narrow though, and I've had issues with the bagged salads which seem to be going bad even before they're taken off the shelves. Some items are very expensive, but the staff is helpful.

Great shop but customer service falls short of the experience at M @ S down the block. Great stock generally plenty of choice and good quality .Security Guy did a good job dealing with unwanted visitor's during my visit-nicely handled

Nice neighborhood chain grocery store. Has a good selection of food and produce and is generally not to crowded so it is a good place to pop in and get out when in a hurry. It is a short walk to M&S, Tesco and across the street from the S'hill Station.

Convenient store, not ideal for a big shop. Staff don't really engage with the customer, although today the young guy who served me was friendly. Self service check outs are only for card payments, this needs to change to keep the queue down, as they is normally just one person on the checkout.

The store itself is good with good variety and great, hardworking, friendly staff .... however the way the employees are treated by management is something to be desired. Keeping staff late regularly after the scheduled hours, I've personally heard the general manager belittle staff like they were stupid kids whilst shopping in the store yet is not prepared to train staff properly. Always seems to be understaffed. If you dare to be sick or have a need for a certain day off in the future or want some kind of ability to plan a life - then forget that here - there is no flexibility or consideration of a "work life balance" whatsoever. I note on christmas eve staff were working over an hour later than a normal Sunday - Not sure how the management team of co-op sleep at night.

Acres of glass OK, that's probably an exaggeration, but the store's layout designers obviously wanted to look at the impact fully-glazed cabinets with full-height doors would have on what is a good-sized local store. The answer is, 'Pretty good, but why is the queue to pay so badly planned?' It gets busy, even when it isn't busy, because the queue blocks 2 aisles and the self-service tills are then not so easy to get to and are cash-only. Result? Congestion and scarcely held-in-check signs of conflict. It puts all their other efforts in the shade (pun intended). All they need to do is take another look at the layout. After all, they are obviously trying for the trade passing to and from the nearby British Rail station. I would certainly think twice over whether to go in there at peak times..

I really liked this new branch. Close to Streatham Hill station, on brand new premises. Is spacious. Good selection of food and everyday life's needs. Bought their special "prosecco" discounted of a quid. Surprisingly really good for £7ish (offer as at begin March 19, just in case).

A very friendly team of staff and the stock range is generally good... but the self service tills never seem to work and there are ongoing problems with water leaks from flats above meaning staff have to station buckets from time to time.

Friendly staff at this Co-Op, avoid peak times after work during rush hour as it is right next to Streatham Hill station. The waiting time can be long as there are a few till points. Self service is available though. Handy too as a spot for Amazon Locker.
