L. B.It’s very convenient and handy to have a shop that opens early and closes late, the staff are usually very nice and friendly (with the odd exception). My main criticism of the place is the pricing; it is far more expensive like for like than any other shop for brand and even own brand foods. On fruit and vegetables the prices are comparable but the weights are less. Some customers use the place as they cannot get to Tesco or Sainsbury where the prices are lower; stop taking advantage of these people and price match your competitors. Finally when one of your checkout team rings the bell to get more cashiers, come and do it, don’t let the queue stretch all the way back around the shop. You can literally spend more tim in the queue than doing the shopping.
J. L.Always a good stock available, except in the evening. Most things are priced well, but the milk is overpriced[40p], compared to Sainsbury's 2ltr bottle.
