Reviews of Co-op Food - Tulse Hill
Smaller supermarket, selling what you'd expect, generally fairly courteously. Don't know if i just happen to go in at the wrong time, but there always seems to be someone shoplifting in there. Guess it can't be that bad or they'd beef up security.
Convenient mini supermarket with reasonable selection given its size. Sandwich meal deal def available. Self service checkout also.
This is a popular coop in that there are always people shopping in there and it can be quite busy at times. It is a fairly large store with a wide variety of products. I find its bakery products very good with some interesting highlights. My favourite is four Co-op baked apple puff pastries for £1.00, great product at a great price. Generally the coop is not known for low prices but there are exceptions. It is conveniently less than a minute walk from Tulse Hill station and amidst lots of bus stop: 2, 68, P13, 201, 196 and more. There is also a car park.
Great selection, fresh fruit and veg with a decent range of herbs.
There's also a good "free-from" range for those intolerant to milk, gluten etc. It's very useful when you're caught short before you can visit a supermarket with a more comprehensive range.
The staff are lovely and many seem to have worked there for years.
It's reasonably well stocked but the self service checkouts never work properly - so there are longer queues at the manned checkout or your waiting for them to fix the unmanned till. If they could get those fixed it it would be good local store with the bonus of being near to a station.
I suspect that the proximity to Tulse Hill station means that they have a captive customer base and so aren't too bothered about the tills being slow
Can get very busy and is quite small. The area could do with a bigger supermarket as more people are moving here. The selection is good enough but you have to look for deals as it can be quite expensive otherwise. There are lots of self service check outs but they don't accept coins this is frustrating when you want to get rid of loose change.
Very good choice of foods. There is a small carpark, we were lucky and found a space. There were 4 Self scanning tills which was good, but, having never used them before found it hard to start. Realised that we couldn't put our bag on first, had to scan items and then bag them.
Good local convenience store. Generally stocked well with friendly and helpful staff.
Pretty decent little shop for one of the smaller sized offerings from supermarket chains.
Generally a better and higher quality range of stuff than equivalents like Tesco Express or Sainsbury's local in my opinion and, for this one in particular, generally well stocked even at busy times and with good staff.
I've been here a couple of times and I generally have a smooth service throughout. The staff seem pleasant enough and also helpful. Not a very big store but has mostly everything you need.
It's clean and tidy. It has a basic range of groceries with a fresh vegetables display. The staff are obliging and there are automated self setvice checkouts accepting Google Pay.
I love the staff in this coop they are always friendly. Great delivery service
Never buy fruit from coop. It rarely late longer than a day or so and is often damaged or soft. I shop here often as it's local
handy place to stop of and do some last minute shopping. a good selection for a shop of it's size a bit expensive on some items. but they still stoke Lucozade zero which i like and a lot of other shops now don't do.
Helpful and friendly service. You usually can find what you are looking for
Clean well laid out store with good range of food & products.
Great service
Nice store, recently added self checkout. Self checkout needs improvement. At present it only takes cards and it's slow, hence 4 out of 5 stars
Surprisingly well stocked. Delighted that the little parade of shops at tulse hill doesn't just have an off license or a budgens
Always friendly. Sometimes out if stock for certain items.
Nice and clean shop and good staff and fair price's like the shop
Staff are friendly and happy to help. Small co-op so you're not always going ot find what your looking for. Good standard for co-op.
Slightly bigger then the one on Statham Hill. Not much of a frozen section (limited frozen fish / frozen yogurt). Would be nice to see more under a pound fruit packages also.
Decent sized Co-op. Thankfully has several self check outs. Gets very busy with evening commuters arriving home to Tulse Hill
Not much to say except this is my go to forwhen I need any bits and bobs for the house
No matter what I need I go here and they always have it.
A bit chaotic with stressed staff creating a stressful environment. Normally a queue but then the queue blocks the aisles.
Good selection for a local shop, more expensive than the Sainsbury's nearby but that's to be expected
Love the shop but watch out for 2for1 like deals as they often don't discount when they go through the till.
Stock is bit on the less side maybe they've just not got to filling the place up
Very friendly staff here. Convenient location, has all the essentials. Small car park at the back.
It was like any other small supermarket. They have what I need and plenty of self check outs.
Great service and choice of products.
I enjoyed do my shopping here, people are polite and the shop is very good supplied
A bit more costly than some supermarkets, but specials are good
Average. Staff are unfriendly, and selection of vegetarian food not as good as other co-op supermarkets e.g. Streatham Hill.
Not really well stocked in terms of gluten free and vegan alternatives.
Great staff but very expensive seem to up the prices drastically I only use if I really have to ,long ques since machines went in
Its co op over priced but very convenient.
Decent local Co-Op. Tip : if you visit in the evening they often gave good price reductions.
Standard co-op which is useful to have here. They have their usual range and helpful staff.
Coop is my local shop. It is great for booze too
Strategic place to shop. Food product are mostly expensive comparing with others supermarkets.
Good wine, fruit , veg & bread section & optional self service
Prices are as bad as any other coop. Quite a few self service machines and none works with cash.
Their food is fresh and good quality I am a regular customer
Nice and clean with good choice of grocery for a quick shop
