Website was easy to use. Products came in time and were packed nicely. There were some items which were not available and a handwritten note was left on the receipt next to those items, saying "refunded". We didn't receive the refund and I was about to email them, since their phone was engaged, but then I got a WhatsApp message from them asking if we were happy with their service. I didn't expect them to message directly on my phone, and it would have been nice to be told about this when placing the order to be honest, and given a choice about how I would like to receive communications from them (eg. SMS, WhatsApp or email). I informed them about the pending refund, was told it would be processed the next day. We still hadn't received the refund so we sent another message, at which point we got our refund. That being said, they were polite and responded promptly to queries via their WhatsApp number, and the products received were in great condition, so I wouldn't mind buying from them again.

My order arrived this morning, as promised. The packaging was excellent, my frozen goods were still frozen, intact the packaging has improved. The customer services is brilliant, I was contacted in regards to items that weren't in stock and to make sure I was OK with replacement. The whole experience has always been brilliant for me, for someone who is vulnerable living in Birmingham, I will always order from desicart.
