First time ordering from this company. Bought a birthday cookie dough cheesecake plus some mini ones as my son prefers cheesecake to cake. It arrived on time in dry ice and stayed frozen in the packaging until the next morning when we needed to defrost it so I didn't need to find space in the freezer! It arrived pre-cut which I hadn't realised (it is specified on the website so that's on me) but actually it made life a lot easier. The cheesecakes were absolutely gorgeous and a real treat, nice alternative to cake.

It was AMAZING!!! The cakes are like no other cheesecakes. Ordered a caramel a cheesecake online for my boyfriends birthday. I live in Dubai and he lives in London but with English Cheesecake company I was able to order and pay for it online and have it delivered directly to his door. He absolutely loved it because for the past 2 years I’d been unable to have cake delivered on his birthday but this year with the help of this company,I was able. He absolutely LOVED IT! I highly recommend it. 5 stars✨

Cheesecake is great...customer service is great. One of the best cheesecakes I've ever had! Tip: get a delivery a day or two before just to make sure it arrives on time, it's frozen so will need a few hours to defrost. But again delicious Cheesecake!

So, i recived a cheesecake as birthday present! Well actually it was a double birthday present as its my sons birthday the day after mine. Imagine the joy when behold.. A HALF AND HALF CHEESECAKE! THE SIZE OF MY SONS HEAD! Half red velvet, half chocolate fudge, believe me when i say never, ever, never has a dessert item excited a 40 year old woman and an 8 year old kid simultaneously. The only thing wrong was that it was frozen. and we couldn't eat it immediately. The best cheesecake i have ever tasted. Will most definitely be using this company again 😁

Collected directly from company. Very impressed with the packaging. My cheesecakes was safely wrapped. And well presented. Great contactless service. Only downfall, it took me ages to find the place and I was worried about parking my car due to the restrictions. And there was no phone number available on my order, the website or even google maps. Thank you very much the cheesecake was well worth the money!

I have ordered from this company many times, for special occasions as the cakes are utterly delicious, but pretty rich so we save them for something special. The cakes themselves, be it large single or the multiple single cup cake style ones, are always very tasty, well made and always well received by who ever I share them with. Delivery is always on time, though you must be careful to allow time to defrost. Totally worth it and I will be ordering again soon.

I ordered these cheesecakes for my Goddaughters birthday. I have to say I am very happy with my order the cheese cake minis were amazing, the Eton mess, & cookies and cream cheesecake was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend... everyone at the party was asking where they were from... expect loads more orders 👌🏾 The service was great, emails were always answered in a timely manner. I have bought these through Ocado before but they now don's stock them so ordered directly. Ordered at midday one day and the cakes were at my door at 8.45am the next day. Each time I have one of these cheesecakes everyone raves about them so I am please the ordering and delivery were so good. Have read other reviews which would have put me off but first hand experience gives me a different story.

I decided to get something completely different for my husband's birthday cake 19th September this year and ended up on the English Cheesecake Company site. I chose the peanut butter and chocolate brownie cake, with a choccy heart on top and personal message. Not only did the cheesecake arrive early on the 19th as requested, it was packages amazingly well. We sat down together and my husband opened it all up, once decrosted. It looked incredible and was completely in tact, not a brownie out of place, we were both so chuffed with the way it looked, then we had a slice each......oh my god!! It's the best cheesecake we've ever tasted!! If you're looking for something different to give your loved ones instead of a boring ol' cake this is the way forward! We're definitely getting one every year from now on! Incredible service and oh so tasty!! Thank you for making me and my hubby very happy people😊👍🌻

We had the Millionaires Shortbread Cheesecake for my girlfriends birthday last May. It was incredible! The cheesecake arrived in good time (the day prior) and everyone absolutely loved it! It was well packaged and having it pre-cut helped a lot — you do have to pay a bit extra for having it pre-cut but definitely worth it. I am planning on getting the Biscoff this time round!

The Hazelnut Praline cake topped with ferrero rocher was absolutely divine and was devoured very quickly! We would highly recommend this cake and this company to anyone who has a sweet tooth.
