Have been a customer for more than a year now and always have had excellent quality produce. On the occasion the odd item has been missing the owner has always been quick to reply and resolve with a refund. Great way to support independent, local business and producers. Highly recommend.

Products are awesome, everything is fresh and delicious, and also with occasional treats. Good availability of season and organic products. Robert, Nikki and team are great!

I love Farm direct for the quality and variety of products you can get from them! You can't compare it with what you find in supermarkets! And it's super flexible, easy to use and eco-friendly in their packaging so I can't recommend it enough!

If you care about what you eat and where it comes from, look no further. These guys have been working across North London for more than a decade, delivering the best farm to table ingredients from all over the country. By my estimate it’s some of the best meat, cheese, veg and groceries you can find anywhere. Everything seems carefully sourced and produced. Minimal plastic and packaging too!

Farm Direct are committed to using low waste packaging and have always given us a fantastic customer service. Would 100% recommend them!

Great produce at very good prices. Service is punctual and friendly, although being a small operation there can occasionally be a delay in responding, but that's totally understandable. Yes, as others have said, it happens that some items are out of stock and are substituted, but that happens with all food deliveries including the big supermarkets, so even more understandable it should happen to a smaller operation working directly with farmers /fishermen etc. A few times I have had produce which wasn't up to standard and it was promptly refunded. All in all, glad I started shopping with them.

Farm Direct made a huge difference during the first lockdown Spring 2020. We couldn't even get a normal Sainsburys slot. We discovered Farm Direct and haven't looked back. Supplying good fresh and seasonal English farm food, a regular Saturday delivery supplies so much of our basic larder. Even if there is a substitution it is always well done. And it is all so tasty. And there's the satisfaction of helping our farmers.

We've recently started to use Farm Direct. Excellent produce and quite fun seeing their selection. Delivery is excellent with a nominal charge. The pity is that as it's seasonal we still have to visit our supermarket. Very helpful when I had a telephone query.

I've never been disappointed with Farm Direct and love their fruit and veg boxes. Also the meat is always lean and tastes great. Have recommended to my friends and family :)

Brilliant service. We have the large fruit and veg box, all the staples are there, always one or two things I'd never have thought of buying, but enjoy. Once a month there is something I have to google what to do with (Jerusalem artichokes, medlars). The idea was to eat more locally and widen our repertoire. It worked and I only buy mushrooms and grapes now, everything else comes from the box.
