Truly amazing service, great range of products and surprised alot of them British farms which you don't see alot of in the market. There web page is vast and has what you'd hope to find in top end butchers, Bakers as well. 5 stars and also may I add that the staff are extremely helpful

Unpacking every item was a delight. We ordered the large veg box, extra lemons, bread and eggs and are thrilled with the array of items that arrived. At a time that delivery slots/times are understandably less reliable than normal, First Choice arrived exactly when they said they would. The produce is really fresh and the tomatoes we had this morning were delicious! Would highly recommend.

They only delivered the half of Christmas groceries we ordered and we have tried for 3 hours to reach customer service, however nobody answers the phone. We are disappointed at the customer service. Given the lock-down in London we really depend on this delivery for supplying our food over Christmas. The drive delivered the rest to us, much appreciated. The produce has great quality. Happy Christmas to all. Thanks the driver. However if you could actually install a live chat as a part of customer service that would be great.

Some of the best produce you can get in the area. A lot of international fruit / veg that’s rare to find elsewhere. Also some great organic options but all comes at a price.

Received my first order today, ordered Friday fresh croissants fresh bread lemon cake tray of best fresh eggs and some Moroccan pie. Half straight in to the freezer but so fresh and very tasty. On ordering I thought it was a little expensive but wow well worth every penny and will be ordering again in the future.

Amazing is a word I rarely use when it comes to suppliers! But this is a first, the service professional and informative, great product knowledge and very well priced for the restaurant quality food ingredients. People new to direct ordering as apposed to supermarket deliveries will be in for a treat, produce that lasts more than a day, bursting with flavour! Good job guys I’m converted. 😁👍

Sadly, this company is using Parcel Force as a courier. Five days after placing our order for fresh produce, it still hasn't arrived. This is for a promised delivery time of two days. Parcel Force did provide tracking information to tell us that the order would arrive today, but no - nothing delivered. I have messaged First Choice but received no response. The lesson is clear, isn't it? UPDATED.... The following day I got a very prompt and helpful response, and a full refund. The problem is Parcel Force, not First Choice - they were very fair to me.

Thank you very much for our fruit, vegetables and staples order which we received today. The produce looked so fresh and was displayed beautifully and the selection was a perfect variety. This was delivered within 2-4 days as stated on the website and we were kept informed by email of our order every step of the way. The order was delivered with a smile and in easy to carry boxes. We really appreciate the work that all you key workers are doing especially those that are keeping us healthy and fed. As an ex chef I have used First Choice Produce for a number of years, have always been a great fruit and vegetable supplier. Used during the covid lockdowns too, there range has increased to fresh breads/bakery and now meats from there partners. Always recommend to friends and chef friends.

Been ordering from them for a while now and have never been disappointed. Always exciting to see and try new products that I’ve never even heard of before. Deffo my go-to place to shop as a foodie. Quality of everything is top notch.

I have received my first order last weekend. The freshness and quality of the products we have received are very very good! i have been using Fc for nearly 6 months now and the range of produce seems to grow every week with goods we usually cannot get elsewhere, on top of that a very quick delivery service, have to say very impressed!

They substituted a few items from my order without letting me know/offering to refund difference (standard eggs instead of Arlington; a different pasta brand etc). Took multiple calls to get through to anyone; it's clear they're better with B2B than consumer facing - not the friendliest and pretty dismissive. I got a refund for the difference in cost, but it took effort!

Very speedy delivery in the middle of a crisis, currently in quarantine and cannot get anything else delivered at all. The box is generous and full of good quality fruit and vegetables, plus any add ons (the freshly squeezed orange juice is especially good!) Will support regularly from now on, wish I had heard about this business before!

I have found First Choice to be absolutely brilliant! They were a real lifeline when we couldn’t get a supermarket delivery slot. The food is more expensive than supermarkets but is far superior in quality and taste. I hope they carry on delivering to households.

Wow - not often lost for words but this veg box was absolutely brilliant!
