Since ordering from Hatton Hill Organic for the first time early this year, I've become a regular customer. Their stuff is excellent and reasonably priced, and the only time when things haven't gone like clockwork is when they were recently and unexpectedly out of stock of a product I had ordered imported from Italy -- they immediately offered me a refund and offered to inform me when it was back in stock. Nice people and good products!

In the process of a return being refunded due to a mess caused by amazon. Hatton have agreed to accept the return and once completed, I expect to update the review to 5 stars. Communication via amazon has been difficult due to amazon settings that can't be updated for some reason, but dealing with Hatton directly has worked better than amazon.
