A. H.Lovely store with wide selection of frozen food at great value, store size is good always lovely items on offer, I wished to give it 5 stars but the checkout service is extremely poor.
No greeting of the customers, you don't feel welcome also the security guard and the checkout staff to busy mingling and giggling,with each other while serving customers.
I'll recommend the store manager please work on this part of the business and give them brief training, and your store will be one of the best.

M. C.I have been using Iceland for a long time for home and for my business I have always found good both with the prices and with the really excellent quality is a very professional service regarding the home Delivery.

L. F.Excellent range of frozen products. Great value for money products mean you can fill the freezer for less. Their range of fresh food is expanding all the time. Good for weekly shop on a budget. Great for a top up shop too.

A.Love Iceland, it's affordable with a wide range of products. The queues in bethnal green especially never feel too long and the staff are friendly.

A. H.I go for the eggs which are 10 for £1. They have all the necessities. For a proper shop maybe visit one of the big boys I.e. Tesco or Sainsburys.
S. H.Just takes ages at checkout, and they normally force you to do self checkout - which is really annoying. Loyalty card does nothing.
A. O.Its a nice clean store.I was able to find what I needed on the day. It wasn't too busy when I went so I didn't have to wait long in the queue.
R. K.Self service machine keeps wanting store assistant card. They need to adjust the scales for after you scan the products. By the time I finished and looked back the queue was enormous.
J. C.The food is great value for money. Unfortunately, Not all staff wear a mask. The food packet for deliveries never had a mask on. We can all pass on or catch covid. Wear a mask!
B. B.What's not to like? The selection of frozen vegetables is second-to-none and the store has a clear layout and is easy to find. However, the low-low prices mean there are compensatory long-slow queues at the checkout, even if you want to take advantage of the free home delivery when you spend £30 or more here.
E. M.Opens early closes late, except Sundays thank God. For all your frozen food needs and some fresh ones as well. Great prices. Variety is good available for most household eating needs on a budget and then some.
T. L.It's okay however it's rather small and cramped. Always busy no matter what time of day. Most staff are pretty chatty and cheerful. Certain staff can be somewhat moody and rude at times. Good variety of groceries. Store could be bigger. Glad they changed their store around a bit recently as had all fresh fruit and veg in an awkward place at the back and now it's at the front. Have to say their meat has changed a fair bit, especially the mince meat (frozen), finding alot of gristle in the bag. Overall its okay and best for us poorer people as its all pretty budget friendly. Just could do with a few changes to staff, store size and better quality frozen meat.
l. H.Good customer service..at times que can be very long. If doing home delivery don't leave frozen item behind i.e ice cream for home delivery take them with you!! Have had ice cream that have defrosted and been refrozen again when receiving delivery and you can tell by all oc cream mishape they have gone through this faze. Apart from that all the else is good and good products of value.

A.Have not been to Iceland in years but after watching the programme on tv recently I was near the Bethnal green branch I thought I'd give it a go the staff were absolutely fantastic very friendly loads of smiles and helpful I'd come away with a different attitude much more personal touch than the other lot and they have plenty of other fresh produce aswell top service
I was very happy to have been there after all this time as I don't have a local store but I do work in that area from time to time and I will be back
The ginos pizza was excellent just had that😀😀
M. F.I only went in for five items and they Didn't have two of them and the service was unfriendly. Not one member of staff had a smile on there face, which in completely different to the staff at my usual local Iceland.
