Being fed-up of local Sainsbury's and Tesco's products, I ventured to Litte Waitrose for a change. I have been there only once recently and the place needs more lighting. A bit darkish in there. Quite small, narrow isles. Seriously Not for the obesse. Flowers in water buckets were in the way at the entrance and exit. The check-out point is cramped with in-between dividers. Not much space to place shopping baskets and products and then having to 'beep' your goods. Too cramped in there. Unsuitable for families with prams. Good looking, nicely arranged products tho..

Just head to big Waitrose in Queens. This little Waitrose got every other shopping chain next to it. But I do find it convenient when most things go on offer late during the day. The staff are some really nice people.

Very handy if you're a waitrose fan as they are opened earlier than their supermarkets on a Sunday. Small but a good cross section of their produce.

Social distancing issues. They put misleading '2m' signs 1 metre apart near the queue line. Many people doesn't have a clue how 2 metres or 6 feet look like, so it causes confusion and arguments amongst customers. Also staff didn't wear PPE

Very small supermarket, staff are not inviting at all. You ask question you get an answer of we don’t do it here, once I have to pull out caterpillar cake from the shelf to show the staff member I found it and they have it in store. Since then never bothered to go.

The fast-check machines can't recognise digital barcodes, so you need to bring your loyalty card with you. However they have a good selection, plus free coffee for every purchase. If that's not fantastic.

It's not that small but it's actually packed... Too many people so it makes it uncomfortable to shop there at busy hours. Customer service wise is average but for being waitrosse it should improve
