The smell of freshly baked croissants every morning is irresistible.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly with their customers. Sometimes I'd come a bit late and they would notice that and ask if everything is ok. They are the best 🌹
K. G.Honestly, Waitrose is always going to have that atmosphere of slightly posh grocery shopping. But every visit to this particular branch is always a pleasant one.
The store associates have been working there for a while and are incredibly friendly. A couple of them also have a slight speech impairment or have a minor disability from my brief communication with them, but are incredibly friendly and helpful. It's the little touches like that makes my experiences at Waitrose feel pleasant.

G.Really friendly, patient and helpful manager/supervisor called Annie who helped me when I made a mistake with a voucher at the checkout today 28th Feb at around 15:30, definitely the right person in the right job. Shame the same can't be said for a staff member- about mid/late 40s with short grey hair, who was stationed at the self serve checkouts and gave me wrong info before Annie came, and also when my bag strap was broke when I was packing my bags that staff quickly turned around and pretended she didn't see me. The five stars are for Annie.
m. s.I love JLP so it'll surprise no one that I like Waitrose. Great little place for lunch with great variety of calorie controlled salads and stuff. Just around the corner from work for me so helpfully local.
W. B.It's a good place if you just want to pick up breakfast but I've seen small shops like this with a lot better selection. Like all Waitrose prices are not the lowest.
C. G.Nice little shop with friendly, professional staff. I'm also able totold and lock my Brompton bike just inside the door, while I grab my free hot drink with any purchase! I'll be back again & again!
