I love this M&S! It is small enough to not lose yourself between rows and at the same time it is possible to find everything what I need for a week. I like it for fruits and vegetables. The quality of them are always high and they are always fresh and ripe. Sometimes I can not find some of my regular products, so at this case I can return in couple of days later and find it. Also, I really like popcorn here. We with my wife always buy it and watch films at home. However, sometimes there is no salted popcorn there. Please, provide more salted popcorn, if you can.

Trust me: Always come to this store (and this branch) over any other. From selection, freshness, management and cleanliness, this is the best grocery store in the city, and perhaps England. It’s spotless, colorful and warm, with everything you could want. The one thing I noticed I couldn’t find there was paprika. I told the manager and starting a week later it’s been added, ever since. The staff constantly give free samples and eco-bags. The coffee dispenser is self-service, with all hot drinks £1. The store is full of meal-deals, with two tiers of dinner mix-and-match deals in addition to the traditional lunch that rival stores have.

This place is right on my doorstep so I can't complain really. It's got everything I could want. Definitely better than the both the M&S's at Waterloo station. Helpful staff and fantastic bargains if you come in at the right time!

Generally a good store, good variety and handy to get last minute items, but find the staff is very rude. I had asked for bread to be sliced but got attitude from staff members and just generally felt like they did not want to help.

My daughter and I mostly only bought sandwiches there; There is a wide selection of them and they also tasted good. One of the self-service checkouts didn't work for us, but someone from the staff was immediately on hand to help. Highly recommended shop! (Original) schöner Laden, die Wege zwischen den Regalen nicht zu eng; es ist sehr sauber! Es gibt ein frisches und sehr appetitlich aussehendes Angebot. Meine Tochter und ich haben meistens nur Sandwiches dort gekauft; davon gibt es eine vielfältige Auswahl und die dinger haben auch gut geschmeckt. Bei uns hat einmal eine der Self-Servicekassen nicht funktioniert, aber es war sofort jemand vom Personal hilfreich zur Stelle. Sehr empfehlenswertes Geschäft!
