Magaza Shop is great! The online service is unparalleled. They package everything so well, the food always comes fresh and on time. I love that they put some Kiki bombons in the packaging as well that you have to "dig out". It's a bit of a treasure hunt in itself :) For me, having this grocery shop that caters to Croatians and other people from the ex-Yu region, is so important to feel at home in the big city. The selection is also pretty wide, which means that I don't have to go on a crazy wide hunt to find items. Keep up the great work!

I contacted Magaza in mid August about a type of cookie I bought and loved in Croatia, to ask if they had it in stock. They didn't have it at the time, but said they'd do their best to import it when it become available. One month later, it was in their website; they got in touch with me to tell me, as well. Wonderful customer service, and despite the delivery cost, I'm happy to pay. Thank you to the team for getting my cookies!

I regularly buy all my favourite things from Magaza Online. I always find them very reliable and prompt. They stock an excellent range of products; everything is packed with due care and safely delivered on time. There is often a nice touch such as finding loose Kiki or Bronhi sweets in the package. They seem to take great pride and joy in their work which ensure many happy and loyal customers.

I just placed my first online order with Magaza and their service was top notch-from ordering to delivery!The order arrived within the time frame stated on my order confirmation, came via courier service and the packing left me seriously impressed! I ordered some jars and they were packed so neatly and safely-I wish I took a photo to share, as it was defo worth sharing:) Also,there were few Kiki caramels scattered in the box as a gift-so cute!!None of the caramels were the same flavour-loved their attention to details!

My favourite groceries delivery in the UK! <3 I've only used Magaza's online shopping service so far, mostly for Croatian food: the selection is great (all the "essentials" and "classics" available) and the way the parcels are packed with loving care makes opening them quite an experience. Top green points for re-using branded cardboard boxes and using recyclable/compostable frozen packaging.

Whenever I'm there, I feel like a kid in a candy shop :) They have everything you might need if you're coming from an ex-YU country, from food, candy, drinks, even to burek they bake every day. The only shortcoming is that they don't have a license to sell drinks, one thing that would make this store perfect.

We live far away from the shop but order online regularly. There is a wide choice of products from former Yugoslavia. Magaza adds their special treat too in every delivery. Thank you for that. Food is packaged so well - don't think I've ever seen such a compact and good quality packaging. Food is excellent - choice of ajvar, various jams, pies, sweet treats, pickled products... amazing.

I've been shopping here for a number of years and found the quality of the food and service to be faultless. The first and only time I ever had an issue was recently when I bought some frozen pre made spinach burek and found that it was in fact potato. Completely out of Magaza's control and purely the fault of the manufacturer, regardless their response was very professional and dealt with that real Balkan hospitality. I found myself eating some spinach burek not long after. Thanks a lot, I will be seeing you very soon!

Impressive customer service, from online ordering through communication to delivery. Absolutely amazing packing, Amazon and the rest could learn a lot from these guys. Neatly placed in the box with extra layerd of protection for glass bottles/jars and always something extra, free little gift. Everytime I get the delivery I am in awe in how its packed and the price is reasonable. If there is 10 stars I would give 20.

I personally bought kulen, 3 pairs of tea, dry neck, Dalmatian pancetta, Bajadera of 300 g and 2 liters of Fructal blackcurrant juice! What I personally like about the products it has are flatbreads, kebabs, burek, honey, ajvar, Smoki, dried meat products, Bajadera, Fructal blueberries and black currants, Carnex ready meals and Prolom water for those who suffer from kidney stones. ..There are also products that are organic, I think they are from Slovenia, mostly if you are more or less close to London or live in London and you are from the former South, come and you will not regret it !!!! (Original) Bio sam tamo pre 2 dana, ima dosta proizvoda sa prostora bivše Jugoslavije, cene su OK, osoblje je veoma ljubazno, spremno uvek da pomogne ako nešto treba. Ja sam lično kupio kulen, 3 para čajne, suvi vrat, dalmatinsku pančetu, Bajaderu od 300 gr i 2 litre Fructal soka od crne ribizle!
