Reviews of Marks and Spencer

Christmas Eve was always going to be busy, however, the shelves were still nearly fully stocked. Some times were marked down. I thought normally they would put these items in one section. To my surprise M and S have started opening at 07:00 am which would potentially help increase sales and give shoppers more time to shop.

This can get quite busy but is a nice place to rest for a while and prices are quite reasonable. Be aware that a bathroom is a couple of minutes walk from the actual cafe

M&S never fails. Reasonably priced, a good place for a meal, coffee, to buy clothes (men’s women’s) and especially attractive to do your supermarket. It has some great loose tea, try Gold M&S, chocolates, cookies etc.

Exquisite clothes at accessible prices. The best place to buy and to look smart dressed.

Hussein and the staff at the men’s section were a great help. I didn’t receive a confirmation email or text with my original order and was unable to make a return. Hussein walked me through the customer service robo-gauntlet and helped me get my order number.
M&S online has issues, but I definitely appreciated the on site assistance.

Hassan and another shorter gentleman wearing a blue jumper who was originally in the changing room area , showed me the range of sleeveless jackets both and then on the tills before shift finishing …incredibly helpful , kind and considerate .. applied and got a M&S credit card and saved 20% off my shopping !! So thank you to both …

I just like to thank the assistant that tried to help me look for my bottle of Murrina Greco-Di Tufo 2020 Wine 🍷 on 20th December 2021. At bout 1pm. Working in the basement food hall. Despite not being able to find it in the white wine section. ( they must of not had it in their stock??).. She recommended the M&S store at Marble Arch. Also the floor manager gladly helped out toooo...( with no success)....
So I ended up going to the Marble Arch M&S Stire. And would you believe it....I found the wine 🍷 that I was looking for. That's to the assistant that recommended me going there. Many Thanks 😊 🙏 ☺ 😘 😀 😄 😊 🙏

First off this is one of the nicest buildings in Oxford Street.
There are two entrances.
The main one on Oxford Street and the other round the back on Great Marlborough Street which gets you to the lovely Food Hall quicker.
What can you say about Marks and Spencer! First floor is first port of call for socks, underwear, shirts and of course ladies wear. Still good quality clothing and the staff are very helpful and service is good. Then of course there is the Food Hall in the basement.
Typical Marks and Spencer quality and do all my small shops there.
Highly recommended
Still shopping here so loyal customer and the staff are very helpful
Best to go earlier in the day as it can get very busy
