This is a nice shop with lots of Mexican produce. However, if you are looking for Mexican oregano as opposed to European oregano grown in Mexico, then do not buy their oregano - the two plants are different. It is labelled as oregano but I asked the lady working there whether it was the one or the other. I was told it was grown in Mexico but she said that she had never tried European oregano. I find this surprising for someone working in a food store in Europe regardless of what nation’s produce it is selling but she also said that she had packed it into the store’s liveried bags so must have known it wasn’t Mexican oregano if she is that involved in the store. For the price of one bag of oregano I would have just been honest rather than get a bad review. There is no logical reason for anyone to buy their oregano when they can get it cheaper elsewhere. Not sure why a specialist Mexican store would import European oregano from Mexico rather than import Mexican oregano from Mexico.

The place to go for all your Mexican groceries. Reasonable prices for the real deal. Equidistant between Euston Square and Warren Street tubes. ( under 5 minute walk from either.)

Mestizo is the one-stop shop for every type of Mexican condiments you can imagine. The product quality is quite high, albeit slightly pricey. Almost all types of chillies, tomatilloes, tortillas are available. Packaging is quite good and the place is neat and well kept too.

Great place! I only wish I'd known about it sooner. You can get all you need here to whip up super tasty and authentic Mexican dishes. Salsa Verde, ready made tortillas, corn flour including the blue corn flour, mole sauce (From Oaxaca), ancho and pasilla dried chili's, cute gifts and jewelry, ready made tamales in the freezer, and lots of Mexican candy, soda/beverages and so much more!! I will definitely come back here when I've run out of Mexican ingredients to buy more here and continue to develop my Mexican cooking skills.

There's a Mexican food shop on one side of this property and a Mexican restaurant on the other. I didn't go to the restaurant, but the shop is amazing. It has a great selection of authentic Mexican food products including corn tortillas, dried chilies, mole (mo-lay) sauce, beans, beer, masa flour, etc. I'm from the US and miss real Mexican food since UK Mexican food tends to taste like curry. Authentic Mexican food is the best food in the world. I could eat it everyday!

You have to pay a lot more for tequilla than in Soho wines which is a 15min walk away next to goodge st station. Nice staff.

Colourful market with some novelties. Was fun just to walk around. Clerk was super friendly and helpful and gave product and cooking recommendations (I just had to hug her later!). Yes, a little pricey, but a fun time to shop, and found some interesting flavours for a special meal (zucchini flowers, cactus, tostados, tamales, some spices, and Mexican beers).

Lots of authentic ingredients and spices. Love the raw flour tortillas. They heat up beautifully and there is enough to freeze for later. Great mezcal selection. The prepared food in the freezer section is a good bonus. Carries tortilla chips, dehydrated peppers, queso fresco and more

This place is really great and definitely worth a visit! Went on my lunch break to get some stuff for a dinner party. They had so many imported items and so much choice I was a bit overwhelmed. The lady who served me was really friendly and offered some suggestions for good salsa and add-ins to complement the fish tacos I'm going to make. Also had a great selection of mezcals and tequilas - way better than anything you'd find in your standard stuff you'd usually find in most grocery stores. Highly recommended!

I found Mestizo Market online after searching for Mexican Groceries in London and I was so happy I found this place!! I'm not Mexican but I love Mexican culture and cuisine and have always been dying to try so many things that I thought you could only get from North America or Mexico. BEAUTIFUL SHOP full of amazing Mexican products. The staff that work there are AMAZING and go above and beyond. Elena is SO CARING and did everything in her power to try to get a product that I wanted, she was so thoughtful. Maria also was incredibly helpful. This is my new favourite shop in London. It was all beautifully decorated for Día de los Muertos and had Frida Khalo everywhere. I LOVE THIS SHOP.

I’m a fan of the unlimited salsa refills! The cochinita pibil was ok, I would have liked it spicier. The covered outdoor seating and good COVID safety was a big plus.

As someone who was born in Mexico I think this place is great. You have fresh tortillas. Salsas. Chips. Everything. You have there everything needed for a Mexican dinner night, you even have corn flour to make your own tortillas. Have I mentioned they have tamales? They have true Mexican cheeses as well (Oaxaca, Monterrey are two that come to my head) You can pay with card without problem and they are even setting up their webpage to buy online. Hablan español ahí dentro también!
