This is a good place to find vinegar at 10% (more efficient for cleaning, rather than the standard 5%: polish vinegar ("ocet") is apparently the only one available at 10%, for anyone interested. Also, their multi grain bread are delicious and staff always have smile!

I don't think the store is bad. cheap and good products. negative, speak polish and products are only (!) in polish. that should be changed. we are here in england and i would like to understand what to buy there. and I'm not learning extra Polish for that. and the staff could hold back with silly comments in polish!

Great store. I often shop here, even though I have to commute to another district. The bread has improved and there is a large selection of cold cuts and meat. I have my Mleczko card. The service is very nice and competent. I am overall a very good shop.

The nicest service ever! Many cashiers have been here for years and this store feels very family-like. It's really nice here and I'd love to come in just to walk around and feel the charm of the atmosphere. There is a great selection of products and I also managed to try dishes that I had never thought about in Poland. One of my favorite stores in the area. I recommend it to everyone!! Poles and foreigners!! Nicest service under the sun! A lot of the staff have been here for years and this shop feels very family like. It's really nice here and often I like to come in just to walk and feel this lovely atmosphere. The choice of products is large and I've even tried some dishes that I've never thought about in Poland. One of my favorite shops in the neighborhood. I recommend it to everyone! Fantastic store, very large selection of products, A big plus for the service - nice and energetic crew, the ladies at the cold meat counter will always advise, make suggestions, let you try a piece of cold meat before the customer decides, not forgetting that the stand looks appetizing. Despite huge queues at the cash registers, the service is also efficient, The only downside? These are the queues, but where aren't they? 😅 A large selection of vegetables and fruits, There is a huge selection of cakes, every sweet tooth will find something for themselves :) I recommend and will come back :)

A large selection of cold meats, surprisingly fresh and frequent deliveries of goods, many customers looking for what stores in the country offer, there are equivalents of bigos and tripe, affordable prices - the owner has not yet been struck by the soda water (£) that is too expensive and the customers are gone.

Very good variety of polish food. The staff is nice, even though some don't really speak English. Most of the foodstuffs are relatively better in quality and price compared to other supermarkets. I highly recommend the reddish tomatoes (you'll identify them by their peculiar smell). They remind of the taste of real tomatoes back home.

In response to Grazyna Kwiatkowska's opinion, I do not understand where such a terrible statement about Mrs. Justyna comes from. The girl is always smiling, willing to help and very nice! The lady is clearly jealous because, apart from the fact that Justyna is a great salesperson, she is also very polite and pretty. I have never been treated badly by these girls and I have never left the store dissatisfied and I have been a Mleczko customer for 10 years, both in Shepherd's bush, Acton and Hanwell. Apparently you are dripping with "toxin" if you have the nerve to insult someone in public like that!

Mleczko is a great Polish shop! They have fresh meats and cheeses, produce, beer and spirits, pastries, and plenty of snacks to choose from. If there’s anything you could possibly want, they probably have it. Mleczko has good hours so it’s very easy to stop by throughout the week. Their prices are also very reasonable, but speaking Polish is really the only way to get the best service.

My one stop shop to satisfy all my eating needs. This Polish store stocks a wide range of produce including a deli counter with an assortment of meats and cheeses. Generally speaking you will find most of your supermarket goods here. If your Polish from abroad or new to the area or even just a lover of Polsih produce, this store should meet your needs. The cakes, buns and doughnuts are always fresh, just as much as the fruit and veg. Can get a little busy in the evenings but the staff are efficient at ringing up your goods.

A little bit disorganised this shop seems to me but it's small enough so I've managed to find everything from my list. Superb, high quality food and ingredients all-round. As locals, we visit this Mleczko store on a weekly basis (as I'm aware they have other branches in West London which I live close to that some of my friends and relatives shop at also). Their meat and even the pastries and light snacks are not only more reasonable in terms of pricing, but the quality I'd say easily contends and brushes aside most of the leading high street supermarkets as it seems always so fresh and tidily well stocked. The shop itself is well maintained, clean and has a wide selection of produce to choose from. Another main highlight of Mleczko is that the staff come across very welcoming, attentive and friendly which you won't always find, once again, in most supermarkets. Even as a frequent customer which one could say puts me at a somewhat of an advantage, I constantly get asked (though not in a unnatural or obscure manner) if I want anything else and some of their employees have even remember what I usually go after which is just fantastic customer service. I definitely recommend Mleczko to all those interested in high quality food and produce.

This place is like a teleport and once you pass the main doors it takes you into the middle of nowhere in Poland. Great assortment of everything you need if you are a pole. If you are not, it is still great for polish food, you perhaps did not know it ever existed. I honestly have no idea why to buy a butter, smaller and more expensive than the next door Morrisons, but some people want just that and I appreciate it. I recommend polish food to everyone, especially smoked ribs, Krakus gherkins, kabanos and pierogi. I don't recommend polish mainstream beer, it's a waste of time.

With new fridges and new racking for fruit and vegetables the products are more presentable and they are fully stocked. It's good to see they constantly improve and provide great service. There's always music playing, and with AC in summer and heating in winter the vibe is cozy and with humourous and friendly staff.
