Appearances can be deceiving. Natoora hands down deserves to be given credit for there outstanding Customer Service. I will not name the rep out of respect but they know who they are. Has gone above and beyomd to resolve this most unfortunate delivery. The currier has the nerve to accuse Natoora of handing them the box this way. This would never happen or be allowed. When it comes to consumer goods we have Alot of choice. I would choose Natoora everytime for there human touch customer service. They listen and relate and respect your concern. I am happy to do business with Natoora and look forward to there future developments to there valuable clients. Again thank you Natoora and the staff who have worked on this.

Excellent seasonal fruit and vegetables. Tomatoes were a real taste of the Mediterranean. Pasta sauces are gorgeous. Even staples such as apples and oranges are a touch above. Very impressed!

Natoora has the best Fruit and Vegetable in London. The selection is not as large as the one in the other locations, but has always the best selection of what’s in season. Some very good ready-made salads are also available

I have been ordering from Natoora for many years now. They never disappoint. Being half French and a trained chef, I can get the quality products I want to use for my cooking. Try their San Marzano tomatoes, they are at their best right now (Sept) to make your own homemade tomato sauce. Their French unpasteurised, unsalted butter is delicious.
