M. S.Honestly the best pharmacy I've been to in London. Auntie, who is responsible for the health shop, is such a lovely and sunny person. She gives great advice and cares deeply for each customer, which is so rare and special. The pharmacists are also great and super nice. Truly a little gem in Willesden Green, such good energy!

There is hardly ever a complication and if there is - they always resolve it as quickly and efficiently as they can. I have since been back into the pharmacy a few times - once to pick up a prescription and another two times to drop off parcels - and the staff have been more helpful and friendly (especially the older lady working behind the pharmacy counter).
December 2020/January 2021
I have just moved to the local area and have been into this pharmacy four times. EVERY time I have been in I have encountered rude and unhelpful staff with no customer service or empathy. They always seem angry and miserable and I have seen them act this way with other customers too.
