Great selection. Sometimes feels like you're overpaying or that the place is a bit untidy, but those are just nitpicks. You're here because it's closest and you're too lazy to walk to Sainsbury's, Tesco's, or Waitroses, which is an extra 10 minutes away. Quit complaining. It's a fine store: ready meals, basic vegetables and fruit, alcohol, what more could you possibly ask for?

I use this Nisa store all the time because they sell amazing Co-op french fries for £1 and Nando spices :-) etc... Today I was served by a girl named Anya. I have been visiting Nisa for the past one year. I used to stand in the queue to pay for my purchases. When ever Anya was on the till, be it Nisa or Subway, the line just moved super fast. I had many chance to meet Anya behind the till. SUBWAY Food has been served cold to me twice first time were hash browns but luckily I notice and took them back. Person who was serving at the time in 2020 was new. Today between 12:30 / 1pm I ordered a footlong when I got home it was cold (Disappointment) At the time I did question if this was heated but I continued and trust that this was but then got home to find that it was not. One of my favourite grocery stores. All the staff are really friendly and get along well, creating a positive atmosphere and good vibes all round. One individual who stood out in particular is Albena. She is always welcoming, engaging in conversation and honestly seems genuine. The owner went to extreme depths to export goods with a fast delivery couriers to ensure that they prioritise their customer's needs first before their profits. Great Convenience Grocery Store!! This is most convenience store / small supermarkets I have seen. You can find almost all Asian grocery products. Seasonal mangos are the best. It is particularly welcome as the area surrounding it has nothing else to offer. Staff is really friendly and helping. I don't remember everyone name but yeah Yesmin and Novie serve me most and both are very friendly. It sells a great range of products, both ready to eat and to prepare at home and nothing is excessively priced. There is a small Subway Sandwich branch in store and a Costa Coffee machine.

Great Convenience Store This is one one the best convenience store / small supermarkets I have seen. It is particularly welcome as the area surrounding it has nothing else to offer. It sells a great range of products, both ready to eat and to prepare at home and nothing is excessively priced. There is a small Subway Sandwich branch in store and a Costa Coffee machine. The ready made sandwiches and salads from the cooler look delicious. I only dealt with the staff enough to pay for my cookies, but the man who served me was pleasant.

They are doing well, good products with sensible price tags. Only thing spotted is sometimes they mistype prices for groceries or other products on offer, it seems it is deliberate. Always take your receipt and cross-check the charged prices otherwise you may end up losing even 50p+ for a basket of £10 as for example happened with me. Now I am keeping my eyes on alert at all times!
