Sustainable products and foods store, I love it. I was a researcher at Sheffield Uni to research people’s environmental behaviour also after that I worked for environmental protection NGO in London. I love to see and buy sustainable products. This store has wide range of ethically / environmentally sourced products and foods.

Not everything is perfect as I had soMe issue with yoghurts and one of the staff wasn’t so helpful, but they have good choice of products not all are super fresh .

What's there to say? It's Planet Organic, the best chain shop ever. Their freshly made smoothies are particularly good. 😋 As is everything else, from bagels to broccoli.

I really like the selection of products and how most things are organic so full marks there however sometimes the produce is stale and old and many things are overpriced. However if you look carefully you will find a few appropriately priced things.

Have tried their monthly smoothie subscription, a great idea, better than a daily coffee healthy and packed full of nutritious goodness, with the subscription they work out to a fair price, would love to shop here more often and if I had the expense I most definately would, I have grown to understand that you pay for the quality of the food and drink you buy, if it is cheaper it isn't a deal but most likely of substandard quality, I had tried a keto coffee however and I would not order again the taste was not too great but this was when they first opened the bar segment, a great idea by the way and recently the smoothies have been great always kepful and kind staff

This store has everything you can wish for in terms of healthy food and organic products. I have food allergies and this place has been crucial for my diet thanks to the wonderful and carefully chosen products they offer.

A great choice of delicious organic food products to choose from. This place offers a genuine alternative for snack food, Kale chips being a favourite. Although the quality is much better than at supermarkets, the prices are competitive for most products. There takeaway food options are tasty and all very healthy. Very handy location on the high street.

Local organic and natural food store at Balham at close proximity to the station. A bit on the expensive side but if you have allergies or dietary restrictions then this is very useful. It caters for all free-form ranges and had a great selection of herbal toilettries and supplements. Good choice of alternativebmedicines as well.

Great products poor staff! They have refill for ecover products and some bulk nuts and cereals. Organic selections is good,and I buy many things that helps me to be "almost" zero waste. Staff is another story. Some are really rude and they don't know much about organic/ zero waste product. Many times I need to remeber that I used refill, sometimes they charge the same... I also carry my bugs, but usually bulk containers get stuck, workers use a olastic bag to help me... it's annoying. I think that if you work in a place like this at least you should know about your profucts, about organic food and have at least information about Zero Waste and reducing packaging.

excellent shop with a wide variety of products, organic meat and veggie & vegan goods, as a long trem veggie i tried with trepidation the pre prepared meals from their fridge as a lot of veggie food can be boring with stodgy half cooked brown rice etc! I found a vegetable curry and mix a bean dish by a company called "lauras idea" i was very impressed by both dishes for being inventive and very well prepared and of excellent taste and the portion was more than ample as a main meal!, i cant recommend them highly enough and am now a convert to their dishes, so instead of cooking there is fresh veggie/vegan alternative that is light nutritous and delicous. (and i do not work for them!)
