This is by far the best Polish shop I've visited in London. Love the fresh ready made meals, salads, breads, cakes... fruits and veg. Basically the whole shop is full of great products. I have found many ingredients I struggled in other shops especially the low IG and healthy products. I would definitely recommend it. Customer Service is excellent and extremely helpful staff. Its nice to see not only Polish people visit this shop. It shows how Polish people are integrating with amazing Lewisham community.

Great Polish delicatessen frequented not only by Poles. They tend to have seasonal produce which is really refreshing in our supermarket/available all year round culture. Very nice staff and good quality food. STRONGLY recommend.

Great little gem! Brilliant service very attentive and always with a welcoming smile. We bought a selection of cold meats, cheeses and antipasti. Very reasonable prices. There's so much to choose from. The wine selection is also one to look out for coupled with one of their delicious aranchini balls. 😋

Having lived in London for 16 years and shopped in many Polish shops before, I can honestly say that Klos Deli is the best. They have a good choice of fresh bread, lovely meat counter with great selection of fresh ham and sausages and delicious homemade cakes ( I never leave without buying a plum jam doughnut or a cake!). I think their products are very reasonably priced by comparison to other similar shops. It's lovely to see other nationalities shopping there as well, not just the Poles.My husband who doesn't speak Polish, sometimes has to ask for advice from a member of staff when he goes there on his own and never had any problems with communicating in English. They also have done a great job during the recent lockdown with keeping the shop open and as safe as possible for their customers. They are often very busy, which speaks for itself! Great local shop for Polish deli and fresh produce. Highly recommended! A great variety of products and always fresh bread, meats and vegetables. They also stock lots of other products on the shelves, despite the small space. They also offer a very nice selection of home made fresh cakes. Conveniently, there are a couple of parking spaces in front of the shop. Christmas shopping was frantic as usual but they took pre-orders for fresh fish, pierogi and everything else one might need. The staff are always nice, friendly and very helpful and as a courtesy they often give us something small for free at the end.

There are many reasons for which to recommend Klos and rank it five stars. Great choice of Polish products, including well stocked meat counter, range of soya products, fresh vegetables, good range of seasonal product and traditional classics such as sauerkraut, pickled cucumbers etc. But the friendly, helpful staff and personalized approach to customers is what I value most. Visited the store this evening for the first time and the selection is amazing (despite me being very inexperienced regarding Polish delicacies and specialities) and the presentation of the store is very premium. The staff were very friendly also; as mentioned in so many reviews here on Google Maps. Lastly, but importantly, the value here is really very good! I especially recommend products with crocus juices and preserves taste like home-made, they have a wide range of ready-made dishes Bacowki, not to mention the sausages, which are always fresh and very good quality. There is a Polish woman with healthy food and not just the name. The atmosphere in the store generally shows that the owners are trying very hard, always nice and smiling. Staff also nice and helpful (especially a high young boy) while a low young blonde who mainly works on cured meat and sometimes (unfortunately) at the cash register has no idea about customer service and this is not just my opinion. Always with a fly in the nose, unpleasant and unhelpful which is not very conducive to shopping. To sum up, it's the best Polish store in London I've ever been to.
