Good place for all your shopping needs but this establishment did amongst many other places take advantage during the 1st pandemic by hiking prices. That will never be forgotten. And then to receive a response like the one below just proves how arrogant management is. Will you take an oath by Allah and confirm you did not hike prices during the pandemic? If so I will delete my comments. Answer my above question???

Zero complaints. Been shopping here for 23 years. I see many fake negative comments below from people that don’t understand economy. Javed give best service. I only trust Rahim for shopping. I wish I could give 100 stars. Keep it up brothers

Great local shop for wide selection of fresh fruit and veg from Asia and meat and fish including frozen. All usual Asian spices and goods. Good prices. Not the best service and attentive workers but you don't go there for service

It's like a mini Bangladesh at the heart of London. I was very pleased with the availability of Bangladeshi items, many of which are difficult to find in Bangladesh itself. However, the pricing should be competitive and a reward system implemented for regular customers like Tesco Club membership. I hope they take this advice and implement it soon. And they need to train their shop assistants to be professional and cordial to customers. Some were very rude. I hope the owner takes notes of these!

For some reason staff don't like to speak English when I am pretty certain they can. A decent shop but some better etiquette would be greatly appreciated, like greeting all customers. This shop caters for a lot of Asian cooking. Exotic fruit and veg. Spices and Asian snacks and treats. Also sell small range of cleaning products and health foods (dates/apple cider vinegar) and halal meat.

Excellent quality of poultry and vegetables, bit more pricey than regular shops but goods are fresh. Customer service is excellent on tills, but the butcher counter is not as good.

The customer service at the butchers part is appalling. Its digusting how the men treat women without any respect. I am a regular customer whom shops 3 times a week. Whenever I place meat order they dont serve me when I am first in line and sometimes no other customers. They serve me after 20 mins. I ordered chicken and the staff didn't even give me the one on display that I chose or weigh it. He went to the corner where he could not be seen and randomly gave me a bag of chicken and goes its the same take that. Every time I go to the butchers I feel intimated by the way they stare and speak to me in an sarcastic and pervy manner. Does any other women feel like this too or is it just me? Its ironic aswell I am dressed modestly yet they have the audicity to act in such manner. Regardless of dress they should respect everyone the same! The rest of the staff apart from the butchers are fine. Especially the ones at the till and the ones stacking treat me with such respect and manner always helping me out. 5 star for them. I hope the manager can resolve this.

This supermarket is popular in the Bangladeshi community, regularly stocks fresh poultry, fish (imported from Bangladesh), newspapers and common items or products. The company trades with the British curry industry and distributes stock to restaurants throughout the UK. Internationally connected and now delivers outside of the UK.

Very reliable, free parking get all my shopping under 1 roof, opening hours are very suitable. The store is clean.

The produce isn't always great and it gets very busy. They have a sort of a car park round the back but only one car can fit at a time and it's very narrow and you can't see if the car park is full till you drive all the way down and if it is full good luck with turning your car around with the limited amount of space. You can rarely park outside on the roads due to too many cars and permits.
