m. t.Can't find an essential ingredient? They have got it. This well stocked shop is a very welcome addition to Kings street. They specialise in ingredients from the middle east but also have many interesting products from elsewhere. The Turkish delight is the real thing.

K. T.This place just got more awesome. After a burst pipe it’s been fully refurbished and has turned into one of the poshest ethnic stores in west London. Rumour has it that a halal butcher shop and a Persian patisserie are to open next door. Can’t wait.
C. N.Great little store. However I did purchase watermelon a few times from this place. One time, the watermelon has completed gone bad, had fresh and tasty watermelon experience too. I like their selections, seem quite clean. Have to take a few stars due to my experience otherwise would give higher rating.
S. G.It’s a sort of supermarket you can find all you want. It has fresh vegetables and fruits. They are selling persian stuff. If you would like to make or try authentic food this is the place for you.
a. k.Great variety of middle Eastern stuff. Including fresh veggies. Reasonable priced. Great selection of marinated olives! And the best part of it, the sweetest and friendliest staff.
N.This place has everything I need (being from India) .. from all the masalas, to paratha, even some Knorr soups :)
I. D.Great range of veg that you can't get in most supermarkets. Lots of Middle Eastern foods, from pulses n beans to breads n puddings. Masks n distancing normally solid too. Fresh n ripe watermelon!
A.My favourite local shop with great fresh produce. I knew of the shop but only started visiting during lockdown to avoid supermarkets and the crowds. I haven't been to a supermarket because I buy my fruits and vegetables from Saffron. The quality of both is very very good and they care about their customers. I was refunded for some vegetables when I only mentioned in passing that some of them weren't quite good. On another occasion the shopkeeper kept a receipt where I had overpaid and he went through his cameras to make sure he recognised me, and he did on my next visit and repaid the overpayment. This is a quality store for both the product it keeps and the people who manage there. I have never eaten as many oranges and watermelons as I did during 2020 and it's all thanks to the quality products at Saffron.
N. P.Cram packed with food tins with a massive variety even of vegetarian meals, chilled food and a wide selection of fruit and veg outside quite different quality to that in supermarkets.
Good prices too.
P. L.Great selection of Middle Eastern foods. Also a wide range of fruits and vegetables avaliable, everything from purple carrots to bananas and custard apples. It's also the only place nearby where I know I can get Kunafeh. It is on the more expensive side however.

I should say, prices are so low compare to any other Iranian shop and I have been north and east but Safron is truly the best place to buy everything you need.
Definitely 5 star for me.

The saffron ice cream is to die for, lots of spices, unique ingredients. Great for foodies and right across from Thai Smile which is another great food store to satisfy your foodie discovery cravings.
