Lovely friendly store. Was voted local community store when it first opened. Got Yo sushi and a good vegan food choice incl. Beyond burgers.

Some of the most popular items were gone before 3 p.m. I received excellent help at the self-checkout. Some are willing to help me, some are not & I'm usually exhausted & in much pain by the time I get to the checkout. NOTE TO TESCO BROOK GREEN (OR HAMMERSMITH). Are you reading these reviews? They don't look good for you. What do you have to say on Tesco's behalf?

Strangely empty. Some shelves in the homeware section seem very understocked. It feels quite neglected, the atmosphere stale and the women's toilets were in a terrible state with the front half of the soap dispenser on the wall missing, a broken toilet roll holder in one of the cubicles and it didn't seem cleaned. They must be very short staffed so kudos to those holding the fort, unpacking produce from deliveries and answering queries at customer service. This branch has never been the same since they removed the popular cafe a few years ago. It's going to get a partial refit when Florence & Fred clothing arrive. I'll review again when that happens. It would be unfair if l attached photos now when it's underperforming.

I am very glad to surprised customer services in this store. when you are doing great shopping with a small child on board, here you will get help at checkout. additional staff helps you quickly pack what you buy, as well as possible seizure of your child. in this store you will find a basket with plenty of fruit for free for child. every parent knows how hard to keep the peace of mind when the child is hungry. idea of health and a quick snack is great! Bravo Tesco. ❤ Thank you for being helpful.

Very large supermarket with a wide range of products and affordable prices. Best value for money grocery shopping for this area. Unfortunately, many customers are still not wearing face coverings inside the store, despite it being mandatory. Some of the staff members were not wearing them, either. They should put more effort into following and enforcing the rules.

I shopped at this place a lot. I like shopping here in the morning when it's quiet. I want to say thank you to one of the staffs at Tesco, his name is steve-o, I couldn't find ginger, so I asked him, he was putting things out on shelves at the time and he was enthusiastic and very nice to me, he communicated with me right away to ensure me there are ginger and he will get them for me right away. So I walk away thinking I will come back for it later. After he fetched the ginger for me, he actually made the effort to find me and took me to the ginger isle. Later, I also couldn't find cream cheese, I noticed the shelf where they usually put cream cheese was closed and seemes to have issue, so I asked the lady with dark skin who were putting freeze products out on shelves, she didn't seem happy and just say the shelf has problems, so I asked her if there are cream cheese or soft cheese and she said no, not today. Obviously that was a lie just to get rid of me, I later found one myself. When I walked to the isle for oriental products, I notice there was no price tag for one of the mango juice products that I am interested in purchasing and asked the female staff who were working there, she was also very nice to me and made the effort to go to the till to check the price for me. She is with curly hair, in her 40 or 50s, white and average height lady, she didn't wear name tag so I don't know her name. I shopped on the 9th of Nov at around 8:20. I want to write down my experience because I really like this particular Tesco shop, I notice big improvement on food quality, shop management. I hope they can reward the good staffs and help staffs that are not doing their jobs to improve. It's difficult to separate good staffs and I hope my review can help a little. I am a loyal customer and hope Tesco gets better every day, I used to think Tesco is going down but I think it is improving these days. I even sell my mark and Spencer stocks and buy Tesco stocks instead. 😁 Another request, can you sell sour cream and chive pretzels? You only have the classic one which is not as good as the sour cream and chive flavour! Thank you!

Such a good store! Well organised and well stocked, and staff at tills seem friendly. I like that they have new ready to eat salads section and sushi counter. I often use their car wash too and it is pretty good. I would like to see further plastic reduction.

It's a good store, but it should do a better job on the entrance to the store. People without face coverings being allowed into store and not being challenged. I mean people who are not exempt

No problem with this supermarket as I shop here nearly every week. However can someone please sort out the Cereal because there was at least 10 damaged boxes there last week and I came in yesterday and I could swear that the same boxes were still there on the shelves. Given the current climate this is unacceptable. Then if you take a little trip down the frozen aisle some of the freezer doors were left open even though there was empty shelves. Sort it out guys!!!!

Very big store. I really like it because it offers frozen parathas, paneer, and a variety of Indian food, which isn't available at other stores so readily

Nothing but patient during the current crisis. Saw someone who was trying to organise social distancing lines to the tills taking abuse from two separate customers (at the same time) handling both calmly and professionally. Tesco head office please give your staff a pay rise after this crisis is ended. To all customers, treat sales assistants with respect. As someone who works in retail, means the world to us.

Went to Tesco to buy my dinner, and wandered round for about an hour, browsing the merchandise that was on offer. There was a lot on offer and I quickly found what I was looking for (chicken dippers, BBQ wings and bagels) amidst all of the other delightful treats that the superstore stocks. Service was quick, and the cashier friendly. Would visit again and recommend to my friends!

Not many people would give 5 stars to this Tesco store but I do, is a huge store in a key location open 24 hrs a day, prices could be maybe better but is of great convenience and has some extensive and particularly good products as well. After work at any time you know you can come here and with not traffic or queues you can get things done fast and easy. Awesome !

Large Tesco superstore with ingredients catering for all budgets, dietary requirements and cuisines. In very close proximity to Brook Green, Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush metropolitan areas. Easily accessible via foot or bus. Friendly staff in well-lit, clean surroundings.

I love meal deals but the ham sandwiches are not on offer which is a disgrace, I would recommend getting Tesco finest meal deal for dinner, it is soooo fancy. This Tesco is very busy but they have rad offers sometimes like a 750ml thing of innocent magnificent mango was only £1.50 and you can sometimes get 10 caprisuns for £2, if that’s not a bargain I don’t know what is?

Very Friendly Staff, Good selection of products, however the chilled yogurts section is not sufficient/large enough. No Greek yogurt available, always out. No tesco finest greek yogurt stocked! This is common not just once! So essentially driving people online!!This not a superstore and comes nowhere close to selection offered at Kensington!!or Sainsbury's Chiswick Park! A note is you can't make us eat your favoured or most profitable products!! You must look at demand also!!

Almost no one wears mask, including staff, but they do make you queue 2 meters apart and follow arrows on the floor like it's some bloody game. So what's the point?!

Usual tesco but they have a good Australian section. You can always get BBQ Shapes and Vegemite along with other Australian delicacies like Violet Crumble and Minties. Only place in London I have found that always has a stock of VB although £11 for a 6 pack of stubbies it is a bit pricy, OK for a special occasion though.

Quite often You cannot find items to purchase. Sardins in oil for 40p were out of stock for weeks. Bakery hardly does discounts, they collect remaining bread and send it into incinerator at. Changing shelves constantly - one is lost looking for necessities. Always playing 1950s American songs driving grannies to nut shelves .
