v. m.My frozen order arrived un frozen and a little warm. Not very appetising. I emailed the company and within 15 minutes he phoned me back and sent me a replacement, which arrived beautifully frozen. Now that's what I call service.

I made so much trouble on this delivery, but Urban Merchants help me a lot with its fantastic customer service. As I am leaving on Mid Dec, the customer service decided to ship my order earlier than it supposed to. However, as I have an appointment on the arrival date. I called customer service again for address changing. There is no long queue waiting for phone answering. Attila even remembered my order. He called logistic company to change the address and called me for following up. What a fantastic service that I have been experienced. I will order again after the holiday.
